World Overview
10 of years ago, Earth experienced a catastrophic event as millions of asteroid showers struck the planet, causing widespread devastation and resulting in the loss of 50% of the human population. These asteroids brought not only destruction but also a range of new threats. Some of the asteroids housed malevolent entities, while others contained monstrous beings that thrived in Earth's atmosphere, growing increasingly powerful over time. The 20% population was wiped out by the asteroid shower and the rest 30% by the monstrous beings the came with it.
Amidst the chaos, humanity discovered a beacon of hope: the Tower of Trails. The origins of the tower remain a mystery, but it has provided humanity with both hope and a means to fight back against the new threats. Over a period of five years, humanity managed to construct numerous shelters throughout various regions, allowing many communities to survive.
Tower of Trails Tower:
The Tower of Trails stands an impressive 600 meters above ground level, even surpassing the height of the International Space Station. The tower's total number of floors remains unknown, though it is speculated to have around 100. Reaching the 100th floor is believed to hold the key to answering all the mysteries surrounding the tower.
To date, 68 floors of the Tower of Trails have been fully explored. But the general public has only knowledge to the first 20 floors. The rest are kept a secret.
The Tower of Trails is a vast structure with an indeterminate number of floors, divided into segments of 10 floors each. Each segment is assigned to different countries or regions, with each country having a varying number of areas. For example, the MC Area encompasses Area-6969. Each area within the tower features four types of portals:
Challenging Area: Enter to take on tower challenges.
Entertainment District: Offers various recreational facilities.
Shop: Provides a range of items and services.
Portal with Number Counter: Allows travel to any area within the country.
Entertainment District
The Entertainment District consists of three main areas:
Private Room: A space where players can invite others. It includes an Enhancement Chamber where players can enter an enhancement pod to improve their stats or acquire new abilities. Each type of enhancement requires a different amount of time.
PvP Arena: A venue for players to settle disputes, which is also broadcast to the general public for entertainment.
Redlight District: A zone where players' desires can be fulfilled.
Shop
The Shop is organized across multiple floors, each with a large area. Visitors are teleported to a floor with available space, categorized by floor ranges (e.g., floors 1-10, 11-20, etc.). The shop offers various items including weapons, skills, abilities, potions, and more. Items are specific to the floor sections, meaning you can find items appropriate to the floors you have accessed and the items offered in the shops are equivalent to the rank you have achieved in the tower of trails floors.
Tower of Trails Challenging Area
This section includes 10 areas, each corresponding to a specific set of floors. Each floor area displays a leaderboard with names of players who achieved the fastest times. Upon clearing all 10 floors, players are transported to the next segment of the tower, containing floors 11-20.
Any items obtained from clearing floors are confiscated by the system. Special items, such as valuable weapons, are compensated at half the shop price.
Miscellaneous System
No Item Exchange: Players cannot exchange or sell any items obtained from the tower, nor can they trade tower coins.
Real-World Transactions: Players can exchange information with real-world money within the Tower of Trails.
No Fights: Fights are not permitted anywhere in the Tower of Trails except within the PvP Arena.
No Enhancement Return: Enhancements purchased from the Shop are non-returnable once integrated through the Enhancement Chamber.
Time Limit: Floors in the tower cannot be cleared simultaneously. Players must climb to the next floor within a specific time frame after clearing the previous one.
Absolute Death: If a player dies in the tower, they die in real life.
No Reveal: Information about the Tower of Trails cannot be revealed to the outside world. Any attempts to disclose details will result in nothing being heard.
Floor System in Tower of Trails
Group Missions: Every 5th floor involves missions that can be undertaken solo or as a group. If the group requirement is not met, NPCs will be assigned to complete the mission.
Major Floors: Every 10th floor is a major floor with a significant difficulty spike.
