章節 25: English man
Andrey had been sneaking out of the mansion to hang out in the HISPS. He wasn't really cut out for all the drama, having enemies, and all. Doing something else with every chance he gets is a stress relief for him. He would power up the ship, make beefy foods, watch movies from his flashdrive and other fun things.
General Lucas was no fool either. Although Andrey would give him an excuse to go out each time, he thought there was something fishy going on with him. As if he's hiding a secret from him. General Lucas didn't want to think much of it, but he couldn't brush the bad feeling he had away either.
Andrey woke up after one of their heat sessions. He found General Lucas was still asleep, decided to wait a while and admire his handsome face before getting out of bed. Andrey couldn't help but notice how peaceful it was watching this man sleep with such a peaceful face and a steady breath.
Andrey knew he was being tempted, but he couldn't resist the temptation of touching him. He touched the tip of his nose, tracing down to his lips and slowly caressed it before moving down to his jawline. Moving his hands along his body made his heart skip a beat.
General Lucas grabbed Andrey's hand before it stray down a dangerous path. He opened his eyes and looked into his eyes for a while before kissing Andrey's hand.
"Good morning, my beautiful man" General Lucas kissed his hand again with a smirk playing on his face
"Good morning, my lord" Andrey kissed the tip of General Lucas's nose then shifts a further down to kiss his lips. "A morning kiss, for a man who deserves of it"
"Don't get soft on me now, my love. I want more" General Lucas gets on top of him
"My lord, I have to report early to the palace today to oversee how my men are doing. I must leave" Andrey smiles softly
"The palace needs you, I know, but so do I. I need you more. The clothes can wait. Someone else can choose the old man's clothes" General Lucas opened Andrey's thighs and got between them
Andrey bit his lips but refuses to get aroused or turned in the head by him. He wanted to spend his free time watching movies in the ship. "You have me all to yourself at night, my lord. Don't be selfish "
"If I choose to be selfish, I will be. Who knows when an emergency that needs my attention would come up again? I might be gone two months, three, maybe a year. Now that there's no issue, I want to spend my time doing what I want to do, put myself first most of the time"
"And by that you mean pushing into be all morning?" Andrey asked with a tired laugh
"I'll push into you all day if I'm opportuned"
"We'll fulfill that when I get back"
"I'm hard"
Andrey looks at his crotch then back at him. "Just once for now"
"You know doing it once isn't enough for me, my love" General Lucas kissed his neck
"Want it or not?"
"I'll take whatever you give me" Kissed him.
Andrey knew General Lucas won't do it once as said, but anything for some alone time in the ship

Andrey left the General's manor as soon as General Lucas let him go. He mounted his horse and set out to the ship. He took his secret path when he'd lose the guards. On getting to the ship, a man dressed like a ninja dropped down from a tree branch in front of his horse. On seeing what accident this might cause, Andrey stopped his horse in an instant.
"Hello, Andrey. We met once but you were quick to leave" The man spoke English to him
Andrey was quick to remember this English man. He had tried to stop him after his first visit to the ship a month ago. "What do you want? Do you want to attack me again?"
"I think you misunderstood my intentions, Mr Andrey" the English man quickly justified himself
"Which are?" Andrey wasn't convinced.
"I was sent on behalf of the second prince to speak with you" Moves closer
Andrey looks him up and down, still not convinced. "Dressed like that? I've never heard of a second prince"
"Chief dresser, we have a first prince, a third prince, a fourth prince, and you don't believe that there's a second prince?"
"Maybe there is a second prince but that doesn't mean I believe you. Zeen has been after me for sometime now, I have enemies in and outside of the palace because everyone thinks I'm perfect for some reason. Maybe someone sent you to get me" Andrey pointed out
"Yeah the second prince. I've been trying to talk to you since before you even got all this fame and power. Fine, if you don't believe me then it's up to you. He also asked me to give you something"
In the blink of an eye, the English was gone from the ground and up in a tree, going deeper and deeper. Andrey got off his horse to see how far the man had gone into the tree when he suddenly jumped back down with a tiny box embedded with gold. The English man hands Andrey the box.
Andrey took the box from his hand and opened it. There was a token inside. "What is this?"
"I don't know. He made it clear to give this to you"
"How do I reach him?"
"You don't reach him, he reaches you. He's everywhere, watching everyone like a hawk"
"Don't scare me English"
"Matthew"
"Alright Matthew. Thank you, I guess. How come your English is so, refined if I may ask"
"I have a man named Thomas to thank. You know him"
"How do you know Thomas?"
General Lucas suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Seeing the two of them standing so close led him to confirm his suspicions. "I knew you were having an affair with another man. An English one. How dare you collude with the English!"
Andrey was startled at the sight of his angry self. "It's not what it looks like, my lord"
"I sheltered you, I cared you, I loved you and this is how you repay me? Is he the reason why you've been sneaking out. Because of this poor fellow. He's bribed you with petty presents like this" General Lucas was fuming as he spoke
"I can explain. This is not from him" Andrey moved closer to him
"So you have others?" General Lucas laughed. He drew his sword and lashed out at the English man but the English man was quick to flee back into the trees.
"My lord please" Andrey's eyes were pleading as the whole situation has been misread by General Lucas. "Let me explain. This isn't from him"
General Lucas pointed his sword at Andrey. Andrey was surprised and hurt. He never thought that there would be a day when General Lucas would be pointing his sword at him. "My lord?"
"I trusted you. I loved you" General Lucas's voice was cold yet soft. He had a hurt expression on his face.
Andrey knew General Lucas wasn't listening to him. He moved closer to the tip of his sword.
"You think I dare not kill you?" General Lucas shouted at him
"I know what this looks like. But it's not so, and all I'm asking you for right now is a chance to explain that what you saw is not what you think it is. And yes, you love me too much to kill me. I didn't betray you " Andrey said, moving closer to the tip of his sword.
General Lucas slashed himself in the thigh and withdrew his sword. Andrey rushed to him. "My lord!"
Andrey tore a piece of his new outfit and used it to press on the wound.
"Give me a good excuse, my love" General Lucas closed his eyes try to calm his anger.
"The English man says he was sent to give me that box by the second prince" Andrey explained
General Lucas's eyes flew open. "The second prince? Impossible! What's in the box?"
"A token made of Gold" Andrey told him, confused. "Why? What's wrong? Am I in trouble again?"
"No you're not" General Lucas sighs in relief. "He offers his help whenever you need him. Access to his men. I'm glad you are not cheating on me"
Andrey hugged him. "I would never betray you, my lord"
"I drew my sword at you. I am sorry" General Lucas hugged him back. "I thought you've been seeing others behind my back and I just snapped and did without thinking. And for that I ask your forgiveness"
"You're forgiven, my lord. You were only jealous. I don't blame you" Andrey kissed his cheeks
"Now, explain to me how you know so much English. For all I know, you're not one of them" General Lucas asked
"I-" Andrey couldn't think of a good excuse. He couldn't probably tell him he attended English classes in school since he was young.
"You know how I'm from advanced Rome, yeah, so, people who come from there are born with the ability to speak different tongues. The gods were diverse in language and culture that's why I can speak English as well"
"Your land sounds almost too good to be true. That's nice. The English man is gone. Come, let's go home" General Lucas mounted his horse
"Yes, my lord". Andrey took his golden box and mounted his horse, following beside General Lucas. He knew there must be a million questions going through General Lucas's mind but the man wasn't even asking any questions. Just grinning, which makes Andrey a little guilty.
Guilty that he wasn't telling the man anything. Guilty that he's going to leave him alone someday. Guilty that he would be shaken when he leaves.
"Andrey" General Lucas called out
Andre was slapped back to reality by General Lucas's voice. "Yes, my lord"
"You seem lost in thought. Are you troubled. You can share with me"
"I love you, Lucas". Andrey slipped out. That was the first time he's ever addressed him informally. "I- I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"
"No, my love. I've been wondering how long it'll take you to call me by my name. I've always wanted you to do that. Do call me that from now on" General Lucas smiled softly at him
Andrey looked the other way. He was starting to think he would die from embarrassment and blushing so much.
"My love" General Lucas tried to touch him
"Stop, my lord. You make me blush that my face is hot"
"I speak the truth"
"I love you very much, you know that. If one day, I end up disappearing -"
"Stop" General Lucas cut him off. "Don't. Stop saying that"
"No please, I have to". They approached the General's manor and the gates were opened for them.
"I don't want to hear it. You can discuss it on you own. I want no part of this conversation" General Lucas hurried away on his horse
"My lord please". Andrey hurried to follow him.
The guards closed the gates and General Lucas unmounted his horse and went inside. The guards took his horse away. Andrey got off his horse and other guards came to take it back to the stable.
Andrey went in to meet Lucas but then he found him standing at the entrance looking at something. Andrey ran to him. "My Lord, please we can't continue to ignore the fact that we have to have this conversa-". Andrey paused in his words when he saw an old woman standing in the middle of the living room.
"Son, won't you come greet your mother?" The woman opened her arms requesting a hug.
"Mother?" General Lucas uttered, frozen in place
Andrey looked at him then the old woman. "Mother!?"
