To the CEO's chagrin and Ath3na's embarrassment, she and Leo had spent that morning having coffee together while Leo shared his idea for a new project. To her surprise, she was very captivated by his ideas.
The concept sounded so groundbreaking that she imagined it would be the next great thing, a fully immersive virtual world unlike any before it. She would later hear that it died in pre-development because the technology for such a game wasn't available in the time she knew him.
During what Ath3na assumed was a coffee date, Leo also listened to her rant about her troubles, and he actually seemed to be moved by her situation.
She got the impression that he knew what it was like to be so sick that you couldn't do anything with yourself. It was a such a weird impression though as the man sitting opposite from her was so full of life.
Greetings, fellow reapers!
Don't forget to vote! We need your help to get back on track as our ranking has slipped this week. Help GMofS stand out again if you're still enjoying the book!
So, regarding Ath3na's relationship with Leo, I've clearly noted this down in the other note. :D No sense repeating it here.
Next, please look forward to the next chapter as Lyghtning and Ath3na duke it out with the GIRL ON FIRE!!! ;P
