Princess Qamari trembled. A violent shock of electric current shot through her body the instant Crown Prince Lail touched her cheek.

Her knees turned to jelly and Princess Qamari powerlessly fell into her husband's arms. 

Crown Prince Lail's eyes were wide with astonishment and amazement. Princess Qamari wasn't the only one that felt the sudden rush of tingling electric currents. The Crown Prince experienced it as well.

And similar to her, his body felt weak and his mind sluggish as he tried to remain on his feet.

But the instant his wife fell in his arms, his pounding heart almost burst out of his chest. 

Crown Prince Lail shakily sucked in gasps of air as if he was a fish left out to dry on the dry sand. His breathing became labored and shallow and his body turned hotter than he'd ever felt before.
