Femboy Highschool Life is about a boy with a very feminine body, looks and also his voice sounds like a girl. His name is Roy but later got changed to Roxy by his mother who has always treated him like a daughter and always spoiled him by buying whatever he liked and wanted while also making him wear girly outfits.
