"Wang Lei?"

Noticing that it had been too silent for far too long, Yu Yan called out to him once more, this time with no honorifics.

With Wang Lei letting out another laugh, he said something that made Yu Yan's icy heart flutter when she thought that it will never be melted. 

"Take care of me later, please? Sleep beside me... okay?"

Yu Yan blinked her eyes a few times. With it getting wider as well, instinctively, her free hand reached out to her chest as if it's in desperate fight for it to calm her heart. 

'Taking care of Wang Lei?' she thought, his words still echoing in her mind as if to remind her of his request. 'Why would he suddenly--'

"Yu Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan~!"

With the CEO slurring over his words again as he said her name, it had interrupted Yu Yan out of her stupor. She didn't know how to react or to reply given his request, but still, she did her best to keep her calm.
