For those who have read the novel for a bit longer (starting with Starve or Endless Fantasy when it got continued on webnovel) you should be aware of the repeated confusion with Goblins, Dwarves and Gnomes.

All previous instances of Gnomes have been removed and changed into the correct race of either Goblin or Dwarf, any future Gnomes will also get this treatment, unless they get newly introduced as a new race/species like for example the Wood Spirits have.
