Bernice Wang badly needed a job as her family is in the brink of bankruptcy. When she landed onto one, it was only hiring males!
In desperation, she immediately cut her hair, put on glasses and put on her father's suit.
On the first day of work, she was flabbergasted to find that her boss was an old classmate back in high school.
"Jarvis Li!" she could not help but exclaimed.
The tall man frowned immediately. "Aren't you a man? How come you're so loud first thing in the morning?"
She gulped, then she bowed. "Sorry, Mr. Li."
"Take these." He threw several folders towards her.
She scrambled to catch all of them.
"How did you pass PE in high school?" The man walked past her.
He was her first love.
She could still remember how he gave his rejection in her face back in high school.
