Prologue:
Orix had always thought of himself as a hero, a savior who would bring about a better world. He had dedicated his life to achieving his own goals, rising to the top of the magical world through sheer force of will. But as the apocalypse tore through the city, Orix began to realize that he was wrong.
He had always thought that his actions were for the greater good, that he was working towards a brighter future. But as he looked around at the ruins of the city, he saw the truth. The "gods" that the humans worshipped were nothing more than selfish, petty beings who played with the lives of their followers like toys. And Orix was nothing more than a pawn in their game, a hero created to serve their own entertainment.
As he walked through the ruined city, Orix knew that he could no longer be a part of this game. He had to find a way to break free, to carve out his own path and find his own freedom. He realized that his own ambition had led him down a dark path, causing great suffering and destruction in the process. And so, he set off on a journey to redeem himself, determined to find a way to escape the clutches of the gods and forge his own destiny.
It would not be easy, but Orix was determined to see it through to the end. The price of redemption was high, but for him, it was a price worth paying. He would do whatever it took to break free from the gods and claim his own independence, even if it meant sacrificing his own goals in the process.
