Eternal Lives

Joon Park, a 25-year-old battling stage 3 thyroid cancer, believes his time is up as he closes his eyes in a hospital room. Yet, instead of darkness, he awakens in an emergency room, inexplicably performing life-saving actions as a doctor. When tragedy strikes again, he finds himself reborn, this time as a firefighter.

Joon discovers that each time he dies, he is reincarnated into a purposeful new role—a teacher, chef, scientist, and more—always in South Korea but in vastly different settings. Retaining memories of his past lives, Joon grows deeply connected to the people he meets and the lessons each life brings. He also encounters a mysterious figure who appears across his lives, hinting at a larger force behind his journey.

As Joon cycles through lives, he grapples with mortality, legacy, and the meaning of existence. He cherishes bonds formed across lifetimes, even as those he loves don’t remember him. Through acts of service, creativity, and compassion, Joon learns to embrace the beauty of each fleeting moment.
