"We know the day the other nobles left their home, so we are trying to calculate where they should be right now," Trevor explained.

I had no idea who this other noble family was, where their house was located, or when they had departed. This information was solely with Trevor and Lucas, the individuals in command. Even Cecile was unaware of these details.

When I looked at her, I saw how worried she was. Cecile was worried because I had informed her that Jennifer would be the one helping us secure her a spot in the elven magic school, and Jennifer was nowhere to be seen.
