The twins looked up at her with imploring eyes that were filled with nothing but sincerity and gratefulness. 

''Get up,'' Esme leaned forward to help them up but both of them did not budge from their positions.

''We were close to giving up on our revenge. If not for you, we would never have been able to avenge our brother who died so unjustly,'' Their brother was a kind person and he was not even invited to participate in the power race of Defire.

But he had willingly stepped forward to bring glory to their family. 

If not for Jeremiah becoming insecure and ending his life, their brother would have been there with them today, breathing and alive.

However, fate was not so kind.
