Contrary to the sunshine that Esme was expecting when she opened her eyes, all that greeted her vision was darkness. The same stars, the same night sky that she saw through the windows before she closed her eyes.

She rubbed her eyes, stretching her body, ''Hm... Did I wake up early?" 

Since she had sleep difficulties and she was pestered by meaningless dreams, she usually slept during the dawn and unless someone woke her up, her eyes would open after noon.

She glanced at Luciana who was sleeping peacefully on the other side of the bed.

''...Maybe I woke up early,'' Esme mumbled as she laid down on the bed, her gaze shifting towards Leo who was sitting on the pillow with his eyes open, ''You are awake as well…'' she blinked, sitting up on the bed yet again.
