It's bad. Writing quality is actually the decent thing in this, and that is also very bad. We get no background for the MC, not even a single line to tide things over. The Rob is just there to info dump on powers. This section would have been much better if it happened after the reincarnation and put as needed when he uses one of the abilities gained(no need for a ROB scene). I also dislike mind control, so that's a huge minus for me. Also, there is 0 world background and development, I guess the author expect us to know all things about ASOIAF/GOT.
The gif will explain everything that you need to know what mc is like. And i don't like Slave system that makes other follow they orders it takes away the scheming part and make him steam roll everything that author don't like so yeah dis isn't or me.
the best advice I can give to new writers like you is to set yourself a specific goal, for example. 1 new episode per week one new episode for every 100 power stones (if the story hits a dead end or things don't go the way you want, make sure you time jump directly and finish the story, it will be appreciated more than an unfinished story
