"That was horrible," Adam said as he looked at the the empty bowl in front of him. But to be fair, the food wasn't truly as terrible as he had said it would be. In fact, in his opinion, it only lacked a few salts spices and could be edible.
But that did not really matter at that moment. As he had a job to get to, he could not be late on the first as a kobold tamer. The goblin kind didn't have a clock to keep time, but he was told to arrive early in the morning.
So Adam did just that a few minutes later after eating. He arrived near a large building that was built close to another building where the goblin warriors come sometimes. It was likely due to the nature of the kobolds that the king did this. Should a kobold misbehave in any way, some timely help would arrive very soon.
After entering the building, it didn't take long for Adam to meet a fellow tamer.
