Once I received the ominous "summons" from Professor Osmond—essentially a drafted conscription—I knew there was no escaping it. With the mountain of penalties and fines hanging over me, resistance wasn't an option.

"Maybe I'll just chug soy sauce and call it a day…"

A stupid thought. Even if I downed a bottle of soy sauce, who knows if it'd even mess me up now that I was blessed. Probably just leave me miserable. With a resigned sigh, I decided to answer the summons.

Following instructions, I changed into my gym uniform—T-shirt and shorts—and left the dorm. Was this really what they meant by "wear something comfortable"?

As I arrived at the school gate, I spotted Professor Osmond—and a couple of students I knew all too well and would've rather avoided.

"Kuhaha! So you, too, were summoned by Professor Osmond, Third!"
