Luck had been fighting so many skrills that he was almost believing the illusion that they were they only beasts on the first floor.
Almost… he still kept it at the back of his mind that there could potentially be something else down here, something more dangerous.
This beast was one whole class above the skrills he had been fighting, although it had to be a lower tier chieftain class beast since it was on the first floor, it could still pose a problem.
From the look of things though luck doubted that it was the monster the skrills were fleeing from. What could be scarier than this on this floor then?
The answer was obvious. The only thing that could ideally be stronger than this large arthropod would have to be the dungeon boss.
Luck's muscles were aching from his exercise, he was not in the best shape to take it on but that was precisely why he had come down here.
Close brushes with death… that was the best way to improve.
