章節 41: Tallest Mountain
Queen Sassy searched high and low for Drazon and could not find him. Queen Sassy and the whole Scorpion Clan spent several weeks searching until they gave up. As long as Sassy knew that Drazon was still alive, she was ok with that and knew she would see him again.
Meanwhile, the main character everyone was looking for, Drazon was unconscious on top of the tallest mountain in the world. This mountain was home to the scariest icy creatures, and if one were to go to the very top, they would see elemental beings. These beings enjoyed the negative fifty degrees on good days there.
This area was known to the locals as the Ice Spirit Mountain, and they worshipped the ice spirits that created the icy cold year by year. The creatures living below the mountain were slaves to the ice spirits. The mountain was a place where no animal would set their foot on due to the legends of the elemental spirits.
The very top was where Drazon was teleported to. Drazon was lying there unconscious in this dangerous area. Still, luckily for him, nobody had noticed him yet, except for a kid ice spirit.
The spirit was keeping Drazon alive as it felt sorry for this strange creature that it had never seen before. One day it got curious and touched Drazon causing tremendous energy to blast out.
The rainbow fruit that Drazon had consumed finally activated and sucked the spirit into Drazon's body. It refined it with Drazon's blood as they mixed, causing a strange phenomenon to happen on the mountain.
The ice spirit was spat back out after a few days of refining. This spirit was glad to have finally escaped from the prison it was in. But it felt extremely good when it got closer to Drazon as if Drazon was its parent.
Drazon finally opened his eyes and looked around and saw nothing but falling snow. He was baffled about where he was at. Drazon had a colossal headache. He roared out in pain, grabbing his head.
Drazon looked around, trying to find a clue where he was. He had never seen snow before, so he was amazed by the sight as he tried to catch a few. Drazon ate a few to see if it had any kind of sweet taste to it. Still, he did not taste anything as he stood up to look around.
There was nothing around, and he couldn't see anything, but heavy snow falling on top of everything, it was also dark and freezing. All of a sudden, Drazon noticed a small ball of light; it was sky blue and felt familiar to him as if it were a part of him.
The closer this ball of light got, the warmer he felt. All of a sudden, he heard a kid voice in his head. The voice said, "you are finally awake, my friend." Drazon freaked out, wondering where the sound came from as he got prepared for battle.
Drazon was in high alert. The voice came again, and this time it said, "calm down, I come in peace. I'm that small ball of light beside you."
Drazon was shocked once again as he started to bombard the ice spirit with question after question, but at least he felt safe around it.
