章節 6: Confrontation-1

Liam Roy felt that the air in B City was different, the way the city felt was different too, the weather was not too cold or too hot and the air was clean. He finally succeeded in living his mother, she loved him he knew, but she could be possessive and always want to dominate his life, he was tired of her nagging and her lectures on how to live life, he needed his space, and he got it! He then signed, and moved to enter the car that was prepared for him by his manager, Suil, he got here first to prepare for Liam's arrival, " So Suil, where to? " I already bought the villa you asked me to, it's is located in the Northern part of town". Liam didn't say anything further, he got into the white Maybach and they drove away.

They got to the Villa, the area was quiet and clean, part of the house was covered by trees and flowers, and had huge French windows, he entered the villa and was introduced to the maid and the Butler, " This is Butler Jing and the maid, her name is Yang Li, said Suil, they both nodded and were acknowledged by Liam. Suil passed the lougage to Yang Li and followed Liam to sit on the couch, he then read out his schedule which stated that he had a first table reading tomorrow for the new drama he was working on, 'Pain' and also, he was to have a meeting with his uncle after the session. After having dinner and going through the script again, he retired to rest and fuel up.

Susan arrived Daesan building and took the elevator going up to the 11th floor, a lot of thoughts flooded her mind, what was Luna thinking by sending that ring over? She still hadn't forgiven her? What kind of game is she trying to play? The elevator dinged and she got out and rang the doorbell and soon after the door opened and she allowed herself in and walked straight to the sofa where Luna was sitting and threw the rang to her and it landed on her lap, " what is the meaning of this, Luna? Why did you send this?

Luna sat still, she knew, sending that ring will bring her mother here so she didn't say anything and opened the door when she rang the bell. " What does it look like to you mum? What, you don't like the gift? I was thinking about buying a gift for you but I didn't know what so I sent to that, I thought you would love it, you love the person who gave you the ring, so I thought that seeing it will make you happy as you prepare for the wedding", Luna said as a matter-of-fact.

" Just cut the crap Luna, Susan was now furious, and started screaming, what exactly is going on in that head of yours? That ring is the ring your father gave me for our engagement, I thought that ring died with him because I returned it,so how did you get it? huh? Luna laughed, seeing her mother's reaction, " Dad told me to give you this ring the day you come back for me, so that you will know that am your child, he died after I promised him I'll keep the ring safe until you returned, but you never came back! You left me and my dad and disappeared! Luna started crying, her mother left her and her dad when she was 5years old, her dad took care of her and he died of Tumor in the brain, it was too late to operate and he died of the disease, he called out Susan's name till he died, but she never came to check on him, no letters, no calls, nothing! And that made Luna hate her a lot, she became like this because she never had anyone she could rely on after her father's passing, or shower her with love, and that hurt!
