This is actually a new idea. After the countless Tang San bashing. Trust me, there were a lot. This is a breath of fresh air. I can't wait to see where you take it. I wonder how many people who reincarnate into that world all doing the same thing. like if there's more than one all having the same knowledge when they run into each other. can't wait for future updates
I’ve caught to the raws of this novel and I can attest that it’s one of the best in the market. The author innovates and makes a new plot that has great comprehensive information you can easily understand. This is easily a 10/10 Douluo fanfic.

Top of the shelf Chinese translated Soul land 1 fanfic for sure. Not to the point of 'one of the best', but it is definitely beyond 'above-average' quality. The best part of this fanfic is the unpredictability of the plot due to the transmigrators' interference. While the original plot flow roughly exists, but the overall fanfic storyline is uniquely different than the original. It is definitely a fresh experience for any soul land fanfic readers. The unique part of this fanfic is the MC's tendency to explain a lot of infodump about martial souls. A lot of theorycrafting and terms that you'll have to understand to properly enjoy this fanfic. While it is a lot of information to take, the author (or maybe the editing from the MTL?) has done a good job to make it enjoyable enough to read. The bad part about this fanfic, which is one of the biggest reasons of why I only categorize this fanfic as 'A bit above average': The poor translation on the latter part of the fanfic. Mostly, after chapter 170s. Before chapter 170s, the translation errors exist, but still within the acceptable level. After 170s, the errors exponentially increased to the point you would wonder whether it is 100% MTL and without any editing. It decreased my enjoyment so much that I stopped at some 180s chapters to wonder if it is time to stop and wait for better quality version. Hopefully, the editor could do some work to fix those error after 170s. Thanks for the read tho.

i think this is the best duoluo fanfic I've read. the details put into this novel is CRAZY!!! i also love the final sentences author sometime puts in each chapter.
This is a pretty great translation, the translator did a good job translating it by changing certain words and work sentences to fit the English language. The story itself is definitely better than other Douluo stories out there. This fanfic actually expands on the world background and character motivation that the original Douluo lacks and uses the irrational hate of Tang San from readers as characters in the story to disapprove the nonsensical reasons but also to remind the readers that a self-insert can't just rely on their canon knowledge to be overpowered because the story is only from the main character perspective. There is some difficulty in knowing who is who and why certain people hate other characters but this can be fixed by reading the original Douluo story or going on a wiki dive.
I can't deny that this idea of bringing things full circle with the whole Tang San vs reincarnator's dynamic is very refreshing and amusing. Keep up the great work![img=update]
really like the fic, more in-depth and built but every time i see the cover i feel like someone's going to die(one of the female leads), the angle of the cover makes it seem like it's right before they fall off a building(or like a massive zoom out) like in actual anime
Highly recommend. I've read 300 chapters and all of them were great. Here mc reincarnates as Tang San without big cheats(only has a couple original techniques, no knowledge of herbs/poisons hidden weapons) and is v reasonable and goes on the path of a researcher. Mc actions are reasonable and world feels alive. Some might be repulsed by the fact that there are multiple transmigrators besides him but worry not, they actually add flavor to the story and have v small screen time and aren't immortal fate defended. One of them dies by trying to eat his mother's grass form and becomes possesed by her after which she later joins him, one dies from bandits, one is killed by him, one becomes fallen and also killed, one is simply a otaku and opened a tea shop, one kinda accepted the world and become a tamed subordinate of Renxue, in general they take v little screen time and all are really nicely and logicaly depicted. During the whole read didn't really see fillers except I skimmed some battles as I personally don't like reading them in any novel. In short: I reccomend to those who like logical mc and story progresion, no sudden enlightenment at the verge of death and battling stronger enemies almost every fight(really hate such novels, mc always fighting stronger and barely wining with plot, fk those), here mc's power is linear, comes from his research and studies, inspiration from other's skills. Took out a star for grammar errors but they are not so many and if glossed abit its fine.

I really like the novel I recommend it to you if you like Douluo Dalu fanfictions just know the author is terrible with putting the right names where they need to be so he starts sentence or refers to people with the wrong name most the time but it’s still a good fanfiction
This is arguably could have been the best soul land story I have ever read for a few reasons but it suffers from one of the biggest negative that any story can make which is a perfect MC or Main character. I have read over 200 chapters at this point but there was never tension in any single fight or moment, the MC is at such a level of perfection that the character’s capabilities are reaching a literally impossible to believe level even for a MC, even the original MC of soul land felt a lot more realistic in comparison to this because he still failed at some moments Flaws are also part of a character and without them the character falls flat because there nothing for them to develop on character wise which makes them static. He shouldn’t be good at everything because that make nothing he do actually feel special, if the MC was bad at fighting or was at a physical disadvantage then the debuffing or buffing would actually matter but because he a physical monster that just seems tacked on part of his kit that is just there to make him feel overpowered and the same goes for all his rings but at different levels. I am fine with a OP MC but they still need to interesting beyond just that and this character isn’t because that is the only part of his character currently.
