"What's the situation?"
Stark woke with a start, slightly annoyed the flight attendant had disturbed his pleasant dream. Ruth Dawn, seated beside him, also slowly came to and instinctively glanced over at William Cole.
There sat William Cole, listening as the flight attendant spoke, "A tourist up front is having a heart attack."
"It's very dangerous right now. We do have doctors on board, but no cardiologists."
"If any of you are cardiologists, please step forward and save a life, it's a matter of life and death!"
Upon hearing this, William Cole immediately stood up and said, "I'm a doctor, let me take a look."
The flight attendant, hearing this, was overjoyed, "Good!"
Although she thought William Cole was too young—weren't cardiologists usually experienced middle-aged men?—she didn't have time to ponder and had to act on the situation.
William Cole said, "There are too many passengers in economy class; bring the patient here, we'll treat him in first class."
"Okay!"
