Painful screams echoed back and forth the terrain as Arthur's core continued to take in more of Claire's mana. 

Compared to Miss Catherine's, this one was harsh and it felt like a battle for dominance between fire and wind and he could nothing about it. He was shifting between fire and wind magic without having control over his body. 

With each scream, his body would be engulfed in flames, then an explosion of wind would erupt from his body, extinguishing the flames in an instant. This shit was unbearable, even for someone as weird as him.
