I heard a knock, and it turned out to be my dad's.
I also saw him with my little sister behind him.
Now I don't like this at all. They just had to come now to ruin my day.
I am not the type to hate people, but those two. I resent them.
Last year, when I had an accident that left my leg's nerves dead, my father told my family that I should be abandoned when we had our last talk together.
My sister was the first to agree without hesitation. God knows what was going on in her mind.
My mother objected to this. And then comes the conflict. My father and mother divorced because my mother couldn't leave me alone and my sister left with my dad. To be fair, we left them. They kicked us out of the house in California.
My mother and I had nowhere to go, but luckily my mom's grandmother, who unfortunately had died a couple months before, told us that we could live in her house. I'm currently still living in my grandmother's house, which has now passed to my mother.
To be honest, I'm still not sure why they are here. They can only come for things that are disadvantageous for us.
Although I knew days like this will come back then as I never really felt any familial feelings from my dad nor sister.
I ignored the knock and just stayed in my room.
I told my mother quietly as she was about to answer the door.
"It's dad. Don't answer. "
She nodded and we waited for them to leave, not making any noise.
"Sophia I know you're here. Open the door!" My dad said, now knocking harder while calling my mom's name.
We ignored him until he banged really hard.
I didn't open the door and simply said.
"Please leave. I'm calling the cops if you continue this. "
There was a brief pause before I heard my sister say
"Brother please, this is urgent!" in her fake crying noise
My mother, however, believed in her.
"No, mom, they are lying." I said quietly to her.
"I know. But let's just listen to them. It's pathetic to hear them like this. " My mom said that then.
My mom then opened the door.
I saw a man standing there with his brown hair combed and his beard slightly grown out. My dad, who abandoned me, Zack Ledger.
My sister, Mia Ledger, is behind him with her hair dyed blue, her face full of makeup, and revealing clothing, just like those 'gyaru' from Japanese animes.
They went into the house rudely, if I could say so. They simply barged in and sat on the sofa.
"Hey, everyone. Nice to be back. Also, we will be living here together from now on. " My dad, no, Zack said assertively in a fake-friendly tone.
"Okay that's enough. Leave or I will be calling the cops. " I said, threatening them
"Hey, come on, son. You're still my son, aren't you? I see that your legs are back, Dendi Ledger. " He was trying to persuade me.
"No, I'm not your son." I have gotten my id and I now have the same surname as my mother, Dendi Augustus."
"I see. But listen here, my company went bankrupt and I have debt to pay.", that man said in a sympathetic voice.
Before, I called the cops. He said.
"Alright, alright, chill. Okay, We'll leave. But could your sister live here with you? She is still 17 years old. ", that man, Zack, pleaded.
"No! Don't you remember what you two did last year? " I told them.
My mother, however, had a different opinion.
"It's alright. Let her live here. " My mom said while looking nicely at my sister.
I am frustrated at the moment.
But of course, I tried to object.
"Mom, what are you doing? Surely you're not thinking of that. " I told her, whispering.
"It's alright, isn't it? She's your sister anyway." She told me
"But we weren't even anything like a family before. Can't you see they are acting nice? " I told her
"Sorry, Dendi. Okay, let's just see what it will become for a month." My mom told me, seemingly affected by their sympathetic behaviour.
Alright, new plan. I'll just buy a new house, move in there with my mom, reaper scythe my ex dad, put his parts in inventory, send my sister away to some kidnappers' den, and live happily ever after with my mom.
Before my dad left, I checked his stats.

Both of them seem to be surprisingly strong awakened, although I can defeat them both fairly easily. OK, new plan. I need to [Reaper Scythe] both of them.
