Jin Suying wrapped her arms around Bai Liyue, careful not to crush her friend's exquisite dress or smudge her flawless makeup. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she spoke, "Yueyue, I'm so happy for you. Bai Liyue's eyes glistened with tears of her own, and she placed her hand gently on Jin Suying's, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "I know, Suying. I'm so happy, too."

"But let's not cry too much, or you'll ruin my makeup, and I will end up looking like the ugliest bride," she joked, trying to lighten the mood. 

Jin Suying let out a giggle, grateful for Bai Liyue's humor. "You're right. We can't let that happen."

"Moreover, if your husband knows that I made his beautiful wife cry, he would get upset and get angry at me," Bai Liyue teased, making Jin Suying laugh despite her tears.
