[KIYOMI]
At that moment, Sakura Watanabe wasn't sure if she was getting a command she needed to follow if she needed to prepare herself for the worst. Her whole life has been a battlefield and no one had ever been nice to her without wanting something in return.
She had hoped Kiyomi was different, and she had been desperately holding onto it, though right now, she wasn't sure anymore.
She was, however, curious to see where this would lead, even though she had set her guard higher than any of the times she had been on the battlefield or run around Kiyomi.
She had a feeling that the woman in front of her could be her bane thanks to the mate bond, and she refused to let that be the weapon that Kiyomi Kimura used against her.
"You want me to do… that… you'll have to strip me yourself," Sakura said, her voice on the edge, and Kiyomi had noticed that, along with how her erasthai of a queen had gotten stiff like she was readying herself for the worst.
"Are you sure about that?" Kiyomi breathed as she looked into Sakura's eyes. She could see the conflict in there and she wished she could take it away. Her erasthai was hiding from her and she was scared of something, which was new for Sakura.
"I— Yo— I…" Sakura tried to voice but she couldn't find the words.
"Breathe, Saki, breathe," Kiyomi whispered as she closed the distance between Sakura and herself. She wanted to see the uncertainty gone in those beautiful dark eyes and she understood her. The Lycan queen was bare for her and she loved it.
"Breathe," Saki whispered and Kiyomi nodded in approval.
"You were so brave earlier. So so brave and beautiful," Kiyomi mused as she trailed her right finger along Saki's face, almost like she was mastering the wild queen's features. She was sure to take her time as she breathed Sakura in.
"Fuck you," Sakura breathed and Kiyomi chuckled hoarsely.
"Is that what you want me to do, Saki?" Kiyomi asked in a low voice, her face so close to Sakura's that if she just moved, their bodies would be entangled. She loved it, and she loved that the Lycan queen's heart was beating erratically.
It was new for both of them because Kiyomi wasn't sure of what she was doing. It was like she was testing very dangerous waters and she knew it, but she couldn't find it in herself to stop.
Then again, she couldn't be blamed.
Sakura had looked smoking hot in the red bodycon and only an insane person wouldn't have noticed how dashing the wolf queen had been in it, hell, anyone would have three guts.
She was just a girl in her pretty dress and long hair who had been walking the hallways of the apartment block.
"Is it?" Kiyomi asked while her hands traced the cleavage on Saki's bodycon. Sakura may have been covered in blood from the fifth earlier, but that just made her the perfect allure for Kiyomi Kimura. They were both in their own world here and it was crazy.
"Hmm," Sakura groaned.
"Words, Saki... Use your words, rebel," Kiyomi insisted, her eyes keeping contact with Sakura's. She could see the duration in them and she loved it.
She loved that she had been able to pin the most psychotic of all the creatures in the realm and she wasn't even trying to put up a fight.
Perhaps it was because of the way they were bathing each other in, and everyone in the realm knew Sakura Watanabe would never let anyone close to her if she didn't want them to.
"I hate you," Sakura voiced and Kiyomi chuckled knowingly, as she leaned in to lick Sakura's lips. The kiss earlier had pretty much cleaned up the blood on her and right now, it was just Kiyomi being eager to taste her.
"Oh, yeah?"
"I hate you, so much," Sakura said as she smashed her lips against Kiyomi's harshly and desperately. She wanted more for Kiyomi, she wanted to hold her close, even just in that moment, so they wouldn't be apt.
She wanted to tell Kiyomi that she wouldn't ever leave, but her words would always differ from what she was feeling. Perhaps Kiyomi had gradually learned that because she pushed Saki back to the wall gently, pulling them apart and ignoring the pop sound that came between them.
"Not so fast, my little rebel," Kiyomi said and Saki groaned in frustration.
She was however trying to hide her excitement at the fact that Kiyomi considered her hers. It made her heart flutter and for a moment, Sakura dared to admit to herself that the paintings she had made back home were worth it. But what if?
"Look who's acting spoiled," Kiyomi teased when Sakura landed in for another kiss and Kiki turned her head to the side, making the world psycho let out another whiny groan. Oh, she loved teasing Sakura.
"We'll play a game, rebel, alright? For every right answer, I'll kiss you and if your answers are too good, I might help you out of your dress. For every wrong answer, I'll take two steps away from you," Kiyomi explained earnestly and Sakura whined, again.
This was a tricky game for her and she knew that it would prove more than she wanted to let be known. She had been doing good all alone with no one to care for until the unhinged doctor stepped into her life unknowingly.
Was it possible for Sakura to lie to Kiyomi after all the time they had spent apart and yearning for each other desperately? Oh, but it was a test on so many fronts and they were both curious to know what the answers would be.
Then again it was an ultimatum that would determine a lot for the both of them.
"I don't have time for this," Sakura said as she cleared her throat, yet made no move to get out from the hold that Kiyomi had on her. She was trapped against the wall by Kiyomi and if Saki was being honest with herself, she loved it.
"That's a lie, but I'll let it pass because we haven't started the game yet," Kiyomi said, kissing Saki sensually on the lips, as if to give her a taste of what she would be getting for every truth. Oh, she was trying and she knew it more than anyone else.
"Should I go over the rules again, my little rebel?" Kiki asked and Sakura shook her head, not sure she wanted to let Kiyomi hear how hoarse her voice had gotten. She was losing her mind being here and covered in Kiyomi's cinnamon scent.
"Great. I'm glad we're on the same page, Saki," Kiyomi said as she kissed Sakura's forehead gently, almost like she was raising the woman that all would be well, and as if to make it known, she voiced it, "I won't do anything to hurt you. I hope you know that."
Again, Sakura nodded.
"Okay. For the first question. How have you been these past two months?" Kiyomi asked, putting aside all the hurt she had felt in the months that Sakura Watanabe left her behind.
Oh Saki, you poor thing
