I call out the kid's name when he rushes into the living room with a book in his hand. "Verena, I found the book I have been wanting to share with you. Here" Sitting by my side, he hands the book into my grasp. Oh. No wonder it was taking him long to finish bathing.

He was finding the book to share with me also. But, I have to head out. Ken and others are waiting for me. "Um, something urgent came up a moment ago. I must go now" Hearing my words, the sparkles in Leo's eyes disappear. His thrilled tone quiets down.

"We have no choices then. Keep the book. Please read it till the end, so that we can talk about it later" Thankfully, he does not prevent me from leaving. Rather, he suggests me to finish the book. It brings a faint smile upon my face. "Sure thing. See you tomorrow"
