章節 10: 9 Gatcha

(I wrote the complete chapter yesterday, but when I saw it today, bam! Half of the chapter vanished this chapter

"It's not unfair. Five-to-one... It's just the right ratio for playing games."- A certain peace-loving old man with a love for trees.

[The Survivors (Suggest a new name for it a good one!) Joined the clan

Town Hall: 3 Rank: Bronze II

[Army] 50 Barbarians (D rank), 20 Archers (E rank), 20X Adventurers (C-D rank trained by Sebast)

[Resources] 500 Gold (2-3/day), 500 Elixir (2-3/day), 500 Gems.

[Population] 1023 Villagers (Excluding army)

[Elders- Akali B, Joseph: B-, Sebast B to A-, Aika A.

Leader- Leo Godblood A+]

"After the evolution, they will become more powerful, and the Adventures are...good." Leo looked at the status screen of his allies.

He was sitting inside the main office of the CC, planning for the Raid, which was just a few days ahead.

According to what his new allies told him the Mountain Bandits were bad but not THAT bad that he would have to kill all of them which is a good thing as he doesn't know how he kills a human, till now it was just mindless monsters which would attack him on sight to kill so he had no problem in killing them but beings with intelligence were a different thing.

Fortunately, the Bandits just looted the villages and destroyed the buildings. Well, the latter was mostly Hog Riders' tendency, but they were part of the group, so they will be held accountable; they didn't kill people.

Though it doesn't mean they were good, they were called Bandits for a reason, and their deeds must be punished.

Gran's gruff voice cut through Leo's thoughts, his words piercing the silence. "Don't overthink it, lad. Your priority is defending your land, not coddling bandits. If they seek to kill, they should be prepared to die. Showing mercy to enemies is cruelty to those you protect."

Across the table, Gran's weathered face bore a stern expression, his eyes gleaming with wisdom.

Leo's dilemma lingered, but Gran's words shifted his focus. He thought of his people, their safety and well-being.

"Thanks, Gran," Leo said, determination etching his voice. "If they harm any of mine, they'll pay."

Gran nodded, his expression unyielding. Leo trusted the Master Builder's experience and insight, valuing his counsel.

"The Bandits have three groups, one consists of normal bandits who are at most D-: rank but they are no match for Barbarians, another group Shadowhand are ranged fighters who are good at stealth and are also their spies, and then comes their most troublesome group the Riders consisting Hog Riders and Ram Riders both are troublesome, Hog Riders dismantles defenses while Ram Riders make way for others by breaking walls." Leo summarised to Master Builder.

"The Riders can be taken out with well-placed traps if they work as you told me," Gran said after a thought.

"We will set decoys, and they will fall right into our trap, but I think we should prepare countermeasures in case they figure out our plan."

"We can kill their mounts," Gran ruthlessly suggested.

"Hmm, Riders treat their mounts like their family. Killing them would earn their hatred, and we could injure them; if they surrender, we will treat their mounts. It will be good if we get the Riders under us. They are formidable if under the right leadership." Leo suggested a less aggressive approach, showing his willingness to let the Bandits join his village if they acted reasonably.

"That is good thinking but what about other groups?" Gran asked Leo's thinking.

"The normal bandits can be dealt with by E. Barbarians and E.Archers, Shadowhand will be dealt with by Sebast, Akali, and Sneaky Archers, but the most troublesome will be their leaders." Leo said with a troubled expression, "We don't know much about their leaders, but they will be the real trouble." He continued.

"The Hog Rider's leader is Terry, and he rides an Angry Hog, a very powerful one; it is rumored that he is an A: rank with a Rare grade equipment," Leo revealed.

"There is a half-giantess woman who is said to have monstrous strength and mobility; I don't think she is stronger than any of my named Giants; she is surprisingly agile and can outlast them with speed."

"Then there is their main leader Kira, whose abilities are unknown."

Gran looked at Leo and cautioned, "Her abilities are unknown, but I don't think she is stronger than A:rank; otherwise, the forest would already be under her rule, but be cautious. Who knows what her abilities are."

"Yeah, I will." Leo nodded after they prepared a few more plans that they would later discuss with the Elders.

(Leo)

After discussing plans with Gran we came to the topic of equipment, my army had Common grade equipment that I received from the system along with the initial summons, I didn't plan to give them any rare-grade equipment unless necessary since I neither had Magic Ore or 100% pure magisteel ore or Rimuru that I can have multiple rare grade equipment ready in seconds.

Rare-grade equipment was hard to come by but if you have resources then it is not difficult to get it, any weapon made by Magisteel is rare-grade equipment like the axes of Berserkers, I also have rare-grade armor but have no use for it considering my body is more durable than it, while it may grow with me, I have Adamantite and Gran is making a weapon and clothes that will also act like armor from it for me.

I was already facing problems due to common grade equipment as EBs' strength was far greater than what their swords could handle, but everything changed when the Cave was discovered, the cave had an unusually amount of high concentration of Magicules probably due to those tree roots which Gran revealed were of the World Tree "Sephiroth" planted by none other than my great father.

I don't know the purpose of the tree, but its roots had a similar effect to that of Veldora when he was sealed inside the cave; the cave had very rare plants and ores growing, but they were different from what Rimuru got; these things had mutated due to presence of Elixir.

The magic ore mutated and its properties also changed nothing much but now it can heal the user even with the barest amount of magicules or elixir from surroundings or the user itself, I decided to name it Elixir Ore, this discovery was fascinating, this made me curious what would happen if the ore had reacted with Dark Elixir, will it gain special abilities or instant death on touch...jokes~

The same happened with grass and water inside the cave; the water gained diluted properties of Elixir, but it was more suitable for human consumption since only people with special lineages (like Barbarian or Archer, etc.) could consume it without turning mindless monsters.

The plants gained healing properties. Each hand had a different type of healing property, and some plants were even more incredible, capable of giving special abilities to anyone who ate it but in very rare cases for few seconds (like Golden Apple from Minecraft).

These things were only known to three people so far: Venelana, Me, and Gran.

The progress in utilizing these resources has been minimal due to a lack of hands. If I don't get any good thing that will help me with this situation, then I am going to kidnap-slimenap a certain slime, joking; I will just poach some good minds like the dwarf brothers or the girl with hypno-glasses.

Rimuru just hopes that Gatcha gives me something good.

I spun the gotcha and-

10 Cards appeared in my vision.

1-Avatar (Blank)- Special A (Champion)

2-Wizard Trio (Ice, Electro, and Fire Wizards)- A+

(Legendary)

3-[Command] (Teleport) (From Minecraft) (Epic)

4-Royal Hogs X5 (Rare)

5-Rimuru's Pillow X5 (Rare)

6-Crafting Table (Common)

7-Wood Clone Technique (Epic)

8-Goblin Gang (Common)

9-Ender Dragon Egg (Champion)

10-BooK of Enchantments (Legendary)

The rewards were good, the best he had pulled till now, with only one thing in common that too was extremely useful, but Leo got more confused at first than excited, first.

Avatar- Create a Titan to fight alongside you or for you, capable of leveling countries. You can develop your own Avatar energy/ magicules cost will vary depending on the size.

(Basically Susanoo from Naruto)

Leo immediately got all the related knowledge on how to make an Avatar, and the technique required him near-perfect control of mana. Thankfully, he had [Energy Manipulation], making it a breeze for him.

His mind also raced, thinking about other possibilities; if he could create a colossal titan, then what about weapons? He had a similar spell [Descent of Arrows], and it worked on a similar principle to that of this skill.

Thinking about the new possibilities he decided to test his theory feeling his energy Leo tried to make a sword out of it and a few seconds later a golden sword of energy appeared in his hand he could feel it constantly consuming his energy to sustain itself, it would soon vanish if he stops supplying it's energy but he knew he could permanently create a sword or any other tool if he levels up this skill.

Then he looks at other rewards. The Wizard Trio was exactly what he needed for the moment. This confirms his theory that Gotcha works in his favor.

Wizards are amazing when it comes to knowledge and their power level was cream on the top.

The 3rd reward, however, confused him; could he use the command to teleport anywhere, but how would he enter it? Should he buy a keyboard from the Store or install Minecraft in his system?

He checks his Status screen and there it is.

[Chat-

Commands- Teleport (tp) allowed.

Enter coordinates or the name of the place where you want to teleport.]

So he can now teleport from anywhere to anywhere as long as he puts the name of the place?

How does this work better? Give him spatial motion rather than these weird skills.

(I know many may find it weird but it is for the future)

Then come even more weird rewards

"Should I use these royal hogs to negotiate with Hog Riders because there is no way they are suitable for battles?" He then decides to put them in the pig pan of the village for care. While they were pigs, they were still royals.

"These pillows sure are high quality and Crafting Table, I can only craft blocks with it." He jokes as he suddenly finds another option in his status [Crafting Table], though he has no idea how useful this skill will be.

"Gotcha sure loves Naruto World, another skill, and it is perfect to create the 5V1 scene; who will be the one who will see that glorious scene being recreated." Leo is in 7th heaven receiving so many good items in one go.

"Goblin Gang, how strong they would be against the normal goblins?"

The next item he summons is on his table: the Ender Dragon Egg, a large, oval-shaped egg.

The egg's surface was mesmerizing, a swirling mix of dark purple, indigo, and black colors resembling the Ender Dragon's scales. It appears to be smooth, glossy, and slightly iridescent.

Intricate, glowing purple veins or tendrils crisscross the egg's surface, pulsing with an otherworldly energy. These patterns seem to shift and change with time.

It was radiating a soft, ethereal glow, illuminating its surroundings with an eerie, mystical light.

It was constantly absorbing magicules from its surroundings which seemed important for its growth.

"Looks like it will take a lot of time to hatch. Should I give it to Gran or Venelana to take care of it?" Leo thinks as he observes the egg, he can feel a subtle connection with the egg or, more specifically life within it.

He decided to give it to Venelana since Gran is very busy already. Hopefully, that guy's work will be reduced once the Wizard Trio joins in.

He summons the last reward of today's golden draw, a leather-bound tome adorned with intricate golden runes, emitting a soft blue glow, it had a clock-like symbol on it.

[Would you like to assimilate the Book of Enchantments?]

"Yes," and then there was a load of information entering his mind Leo even with his Thought Acceleration felt that he might faint, and then after a long process of assimilation it was finished, and Leo could feel he could cast a few low-level enchantments like [Protection I] that would reduce damage by 1% the Book didn't immediately make him master of enchantments as he would need to practice enchantments which will take time but Leo didn't get discouraged he only felt more motivated.

Leo left the Clan Castle and went to Venelana to give her the egg asking her to take the egg to the cave area with the highest security then went to Gran and summoned the Wizard Trio Agni, Yuki, and Oskari and he was surprised to find that these guys were people from Grand Valley of Magic and Spells and were students of the Grand Warden himself.

This made Leo frightened. After all, wouldn't the Grand Warden come after his ass if he found that he kidnapped his disciples?

But Gran dismissed his worries and told him everything would be fine since Grand Warden knew about it; how Leo thought it must be his dad, so he just let it be.
