He did not know if he would feel wary or if he would be proud of this girl's courage to negotiate with him. All he was certain of was that their negotiation over the phone was a matter of fact, a one-sided deal. Sofia laid everything and she found her offer very reasonable. "Thank you for the compliment, Mr. Feng. I just have some aspirations in the commercial market. So, I want to open a business," Sofia humbly replied.

"You are a gamer, it's what you mentioned over the phone, right? Do you plan to make this building a gaming hub?" Mr. Feng curiously inquired.

"No, it's not a gaming facility. You will see once we start to operate," Sofia smiled at him.
