Two weeks later…

Sam was feeling much better and was back in the gym with Nick for a few days. The past few weeks he was very attentive, almost to the point of being annoying. 

"Nick! LET'S GO!" she yelled down the hall, ready to get on the road.

"Okay, babe. You sure you're feeling up to this trip?"

"Nick Ashford, stop being so overprotective. I feel great. The doctor said I am going to be fine and I'm almost all healed up. I am not going to miss seeing you return to that ring. Now, let's go, Roxy is waiting for us."

"I'm just worried. I don't want you to be under any more stress than you already have been."
