Wang Jiasi then pulled her into his embrace. He rested his chin on her shoulder and sighed.
"What's wrong?"
"I'm afraid that our daughter will be seduced by one of those brats."
"You don't have to worry. Besides, they're your friends' son and they have been playing with each other since they we were born."

"As parents, we will help and support them. If anything happen, we will stay by her side and do whatever we can for her."

Her original dream career was to be a writer. She excelled in writing different types of genre.
Even the reports she did as an assistant was astounding.
She start her new career as a writer and published in a website. Her book then got famous and a gained a lot of fans.
A famous publishing company contacted her when they discovered her book and her talent of writing.
In two years time, she was rewarded in one of the top authors of the company and published two books.
And now, she was writing her third book.
"It's going well. I'm trying to write a fantasy story. I still need some inspiration."
"Inspiration, huh? I know how."
Wang Jiasi lowered her head and kissed her.
"Shall we do something to help you gain inspiration?"
Ye Ruyi blushed. She knew what he meant by doing 'something'.
She lightly punched him on the chest to ease her shyness.
"Stop it."
"Haha....Tomorrow is a holiday. Shall we go somewhere fun together?"
"Holiday?"
To Ye Ruyi, basically everyday was holidays. Because she's writer, she can write whenever she wants as long as she can finish writing by the deadlines for submission.
"It's Christmas."
"It's that time already?"
"Yes. I planned to take Xinlin to Disneyland. What do you think?"
"Sure. I sure she's going to be happy."
"Let's sleep. We'll surprise her tomorrow."

Wang Xinlin woke by her mother's gentle voice.
"Xinlin, wake up. Papa's going to take you to Disneyland."
Wang Xinlin heard 'Disneyland' and immediately woke up. She's very energetic upon hearing her father taking her there today.
"Really, Mama? Papa's taking me to Disneyland?"
"Yes, dear. Now get ready and wash up. We'll leave in an hour."

Wang Xinlin rushed to the bathroom in excitement. She can't wait to go to Disneyland.
Ye Ruyi was worried she would slip inside the bathroom and helped her got ready.
After that, they went down together where Wang Jiasi was waiting for them.
"My little princess."
"Papa!"
Wang Jiasi lifted her up and kissed her forehead dotingly after she rushed to him.
"Ready, my princess?"
"Yes! Disneyland, here we go!!"
Ye Ruyi laughed at the father and daughter's scene.
The family of three then got ready and walked towards the car.
Ye Ruyi looked up at the sky and reminisced the past. If she and Wang Jiasi didn't have feelings for each other, would her life now be any different?
In any case, she's happy to have her own family.
"Mama, let's go."
"Honey, what are you standing there for? Come here with us."
"Coming."
Ye Ruyi smiled brightly and lovingly at them. She then quickened her steps to reach them.
