The temperature was so cold that it hit me, I immediately woke up and hugged Charlie who was next to me, without clothes so that our bodies received each other's warmth. But slowly he let go of my hug, then sat down and carried me.

I looked at him confused, not knowing what he was going to do, not knowing where he was going to take me.

"You are so beautiful," he whispered.

I just smiled, blushing, and kept looking into his gray eyes until he set me down in the middle of the bed.

"You should rest comfortably," he said, then pulled the blanket to cover my body.

I stroked his arm, then pulled him to lie beside me and hugged him.

"I miss you," I whispered.

"I'm here..." he looked at the ceiling of the room which was dimly lit because only the night light was on.
