All it took him was one second to pull my legs from beneath his body. Breathless, I watched him place his knees and hands on either side of my quivering body. I could only quietly look at him and wonder why he wanted my heart to race so badly even after having a drink from it.

He brought his lips close to mine so suddenly that my heart spiked up immediately. He stopped near enough so that his warm breath fell on my trembling lips.

Before he could get it any closer, I slipped my hand away from his grip and my finger reached his lips, stopping him from making a move. His eyes, which were enjoying watching me make different facial expressions, turned annoyed at my action. But he found a way around that as well.
