The sun had gone down and it was almost time for dinner. The room was clean and properly arranged now. The things she had destroyed were replaced on Kieran's orders. 

The servants had supplied her water to bathe and everything she needed to get ready for the night. 

She looked at everything which had been laid out for her and pushed down the dark thoughts towards Kieran that suddenly sprang up. She was going to make that Scarlett of a maid pay for this embarrassment. All she needed was time.
