/" Ow coach/" Miles groaned as our coach smacked him with a paper bag of food.

Me and the guys tried to conceal our laugh as Miles was blamed yet again for something that all of us were guilty for.

/" I told you to bulk up your meals to not look so skinny, and what do you do? Get wasted to just regurgitate all your food/" he whacked Miles once again.

/" Cole is the only one out of you jackasses who isn't fucking his future up, get it together soon/" Coach turned around and left the lunchroom, slamming the door as he left.

Miles glanced at me. /" what, I didn't tell him/" I shrugged.

Since we got back from America coach has made sure that we train every day, twice a day. I realised that I needed to manage my time better, Alexis made me realise that.

I headed out to get changed, ready for training. What i didnt expect was to see kyle practically towering over Montana in the boys changing rooms.
