章節 130: Chapter 130: Finding Amanda

William smiled and said, "Of course, as long as what you say satisfies me, I won't kill you. Just looking at your palms, I can tell you haven't fired a gun, but your close combat skills should be quite good. Your fists are covered in calluses from years of training, right?"

Luke quickly nodded and said, "Yes, I've been training in boxing since I was a child. My father hired many experts to teach me."

William holstered his gun at his waist. "Now, can you tell me where you saw that girl? I promise not to kill you. If you don't speak, you'll die. If you do, I'll trouble your cousin instead. Think carefully, it's either your life or your cousin's."

Luke hesitated for a few seconds before saying, "18 Paradise Street, the red door."

William took out a military-grade plastic zip tie and bound Luke's hands. These ties can't be loosened without scissors; the more you struggle, the tighter they get, cutting into your wrists. William not only tied Luke's wrists but also added a tie to bind his thumbs, causing Luke to grimace in pain.

William lifted Luke and said, "Very well, let's go now. Once I confirm your information is true, I'll let you go."

Luke stood up, feeling more pain in his arms. His hands were tied behind him, and moving his thumbs caused excruciating pain. However, having trained in boxing since childhood, he endured the pain and led the way to William's car.

William no longer had time to deal with the twenty or so girls. Moreover, all the armed men at the quarry had been dealt with by William, so the girls were temporarily safe.

When they reached William's car, he threw Luke into the trunk and drove towards Paradise Street. It took the police more than ten minutes after they left the quarry to arrive. William scoffed at their inefficiency, noting it took almost an hour for them to show up.

Three hours later, William found the red-doored number 18 on Paradise Street. He sensed that the three-story house held more than thirty people, with all the rooms on the third floor occupied by girls lying motionless on beds, confirming the location.

He didn't stop but drove on, noticing that Luke in the trunk was using a small knife hidden in his sleeve to cut the zip tie. William parked in a secluded spot, got out, and opened the trunk.

As soon as he did, the trunk door was violently pushed open, and a small knife thrust towards his chest. William, prepared for this, didn't plan to let Luke go.

Luke overestimated his close combat skills, thinking he could kill William with a sneak attack. But William grabbed Luke's wrist as the knife was thrust and punched him in the nose with his left hand, shattering it. Luke instinctively clutched his nose in pain, screaming.

William didn't hold back, grabbing Luke's hand with the knife and pushing it towards Luke's own neck. With a "pfft," the knife plunged into Luke's throat.

Luke stared at William in disbelief, clutching his neck in a futile attempt to stop the bleeding. "Wait for our revenge," he muttered, blood pouring from his mouth, before collapsing lifelessly in the trunk.

William felt no remorse; anyone who tried to kill him should be prepared to be killed in return.

After confirming Luke was dead, William closed the trunk, got back in the car, and headed towards number 18 on Paradise Street. He knew there were no cameras on this street. Parking a short distance away, he donned a hat, mask, and gloves, and walked towards the building.

At the door, William sensed two people inside. Checking his surroundings, he quickly climbed the wall, using the protrusions to leap up and grab the top of the wall, pulling himself over.

The two men inside, smoking and drinking beer, were startled by William's sudden appearance. They reached for their guns but were immediately hit by William's throwing knives, which pierced their foreheads, killing them instantly.

William jumped down, dragged the bodies into a small room, and quietly climbed the stairs. He sensed six or seven people awake and watching a football game on the first floor, while others slept on the second floor, and the third floor held the captive girls.

Climbing to the second floor, William heard someone speaking Albanian angrily on the phone. Sensing trouble, he knew it wouldn't be long before more people were awake.

Cursing under his breath, William quickly drew his silenced Glock 17s and fired through the doors, killing the men behind them instantly. He preferred close-quarters combat, where he could sense any movement within dozens of meters.

The gunshots, though muffled, were loud enough to alert the house. William sensed a man approaching his door and shot through it, killing him too.

With three down, only two men remained on the second floor. William sensed the angry man on the phone stepping out. He moved to the side and shot him in the neck, knocking him out with a punch.

Downstairs, the men heard the commotion and grabbed their guns, cautiously advancing. William quickly moved to the third-floor stairs, waiting.

After ten seconds, he saw a group of men ascending and fired, killing several. He then shot at the three men on the second-floor corridor, silencing them.

Only one conscious man remained, hiding in a room with a gun. William didn't rush but checked the life signs of the fallen men, ensuring they were dead before reloading his Glock 17s.
