"Gabriel, please don't do this to yourself. Stand up and don't degrade yourself like this. I am not worth your tears. I am nobody, for you to act this way. I am not the right woman for you to do such a thing" I summoned all the remaining strength in me to stand up, detaching myself from his touch and walking away. 

"Angelou, please. Please take me back. That's all I asked of you" He murmured continuously while he remained kneeling with head hanging low. 

The sight of him, crumpled on the floor in sorrow and broken, disturbed me intensely. I don't know what to do with him. I am clueless of how to console him or should I even console him. I have never been in this kind of situation before. No man has cried in front of me, having me as the reason why they are in despair. So I am completely unaware of how to deal with him now. 

"Please, Gabriel, stand up from there and stop this craziness."
