I was shaken up. 

Was that even a word to describe what I was feeling? This was getting more dangerous, and the closer and more predatory he was becoming, the more I felt attracted to him.

There was just something about his aura; the way he touches me, claims me, makes me feel owned, everything screams for me to accept him and just sink my teeth in his neck.

Lost in my thoughts, I quickly wore my clothes, a blush rising to my cheeks when I realized how much Maverick controlled just now, or he would've ended up seeing me naked, making it embarrassing for both of us.

'I don't think it would've been embarrassing for him or us. We would've spread these legs of ours, and he would've worshiped us as we deserve,' Aurora said, burning my ears even more with her nasty words.

I looked at her with a heated gaze as she smirked back at me, making me sigh.
