Seeing the two girls getting back to sleep, Yuan Meng and Ning Wei sighed in relief.

It would have been really hard if even Little Jia were to start crying by now and if they took asked for Ye Qian to come to them now.

Yuan Meng glanced at Little Jia with a soft smile and gently placed the blanket on them as the two snored lightly.

Ning Wei stood up while she handed a bottle of water to Yuan Meng who sipped a few mouthfuls of it and thanked her.

"He will be fine."

As Yuan Meng was placing the bottle back on the small table beside her, Ning Wei patted her shoulder and consoled her.

"Hmm."

Yuan Meng nodded with a forced smile while she rested her back on the headboard.
