章節 59: MAKE YOU HAPPY FOREVER
Maria was awoke when she was been shaken up slowly.
"babe, wake up. We're here."
Tobias told her while he unbuckled her seatbelt.
She did not knew that she feel asleep during their ride. She looked outside and saw the very familiar surrounding.
The place where she was once became truly happy. Where she met the boy that she treasured the most!
She looked at him with her bewildered expression.
"why'd you brought me here?"
"I want us to remembered the days back then. I wanted to be here, where I first met that cute little girl. Whom I treasured the most!"
Tobias looked at her intently. He was serious when he said those words.
Maria felt her heart moved by his words. She wanted to cry!
She was seated on her favorite swing. She observed the place was still the same as before. The swing and seesaw was still on it's place. All that changed was the paint, it was painted with pink and yellow. Her favorite colors!
The park also had a sunflower garden, which she admired the most! Its the only thing that added to the park.
"are you happy to be here?"
Tobias asked her while gently pushing the swing.
"yes, I'm happy but a little bit sad too."
she felt her heart ached a little, remembering the time she and her family went to the church every sunday. When her family was still intact.
"why?"
"never mind, but please don't make me enter the church. I mean, I can go to church wherever it was, excluding that."
she pointed the church. She doesn't want to feel the past.
"I'm sorry babe, I don't know by coming here you'll be sad. I understand why you can't tell me...but I'll wait till you're ready to tell me."
Tobias knelt on her front and she saw that he was sad too.
"but, I want to replace your sad memories to a happy one. Would you let me?"
He asked, Maria was confused to what he was saying.
She saw Tobias put his hand on his pocket and handed her a ring.
Ring?!
"what's this?"
she was confused that she felt her tears fell down continuously.
"would you let me make you happy? Make you happy forever?"
he asked her while he knelt on her front. Looking her in the eyes with admiration and full of seriousness.
Was he proposing?!
"Maria Tristine Ho, would you accept me to be your husband? Will you marry me? I'm sorry to tell you but I don't take no for an answer!"
He said firmly and put the ring on her ring finger.
Wait?
What?!
She looked at her ring finger, shockingly. Maria can't imagine that she's now his fiancée! She looked at the small bits of diamonds on the ring. Its simple but it looked so unique and expensive.
She was left speechless, she just looked at him while crying in so much joy! She just nodded her head repeatedly, informing him that she agreed.
"shhh, don't cry. I am sorry to make you cry, please hushed now. Remember, our baby."
