"I'm not going to force you to eat scarlet however let me tell you if you starve yourself" he goes silent. Scarlet catching on she sighs picking up something she nibbles on it before taking a chunk off of it.
Octavius smiles at Scarlet eating her share she nearly devours everything she brought "I'll need to grab some more stuff scarlet finally notices her eyes widening before she blushes mumbling something Octavius smiles.
Getting up "I need to get better at making blueprints sorry" standing up he moves towards the table looking over the smithy and sowing factory. "they're done and have a position I've been ignoring the other structures aside from the orc village damn I can be stupid sometimes.
he pushes them off to the sides looking over the wall "so it primarily Stones with Metal reinforcements behind the stone over the bricks the supports are triangular moving along the bottom forming a honeycomb".
he nods "this will work I just need to start getting Builds" he summons The Earth warden the creature appears in front of him looking at it Earth starts to capsule around it forming up muscle mass as plant-like roots constitute themselves around its body.
the creature kneels in front of him the Earth-like appearance it looks at him, its blue glowing eyes locking onto him "assist in moving the stones up for the construction of the walls" the Warden nods stands up-it start to walk he summons the rest.
Similar occurrences happening to their body giving them the same objective moving out he summons a giant "you're going to stand there until I give you another order" the giant nods standing at the beginning of the wall.
summoning infantry units he tells them their objectives "you're with the help of golems going to make the foundations I've made a specialized brand of golem design similar to a cement mixer. with a path for placement.
outlining the Foundations of the wall he after outlining it he summons a knight "you're going to start work on the Manor around the great tree" The Knight nod getting the idea they move towards it. "now I'll work on the building within his inventory".
he opens it up viewing it "so let's find a location out of the way for these things I can't place the Golemrimy factory close to the manor due to its pollution the nymph tree can possibly be merged with my great tree it wouldn't be surprising.
he goes up to a small platform plant in the middle "Nymph tree" the larger than average hive tree appears it leafs more like that of flowers waiting to bloom. Its tall light white pinked edge leaves all over the branches its trunk thick and solid the great tree resonating with it.
the aura gleams Esdeath the skeletons and Adriel feel rejuvenated Sans eye regenerating as it lights up brightly "I can activate both" Papyrus feels a stroke of enlightenment for combat "no human will spare what it can't understand".
The Nymph tree resonance increases Octavius feeling it throughout "oh, so it is like that" he starts using it moving it like an extension of the tree surrounding it engulfing it before it sinks into the great tree.
Spreading throughout it leaves changing colours spreading throughout scattering the blooming flowers on them adding to the blank plateau "what are these" Adriel holds her hand out catching 1 of the leaves.
they scatter within the wind covering the whole city in the white and pink petals the green dominating majority well the pink lay scattered about. the green "I Can probably merge Swords craft war with it".
"I'll do that later" he looks over the construction of their manner "good they have the foundation and some other materials what about the wall". he sees the foundation done and "just have to get scarlet to Dry it"
looking over at the picnic 'scarlet can you making some flame orbs to solidify the concrete faster.' she sighs making them before sending them to the wall. The radiating heat drying the concrete faster the Men put another coat of Concrete lining the top moving the stone bricks up the place. Then along the wall.
The sphere disappears. "you can't dry the concrete row since it is covered with a brick however rub off the excess concrete". they grab a scraper move it across the excess concrete is moved onto it the scraper before moving it back to the golem it being separated before getting mixed back into the golem.
The Manor foundation is being worked on making the basement around the roots the circular structure simply put at the edge the roots diving deeper sealing together the stones and ground. Octavius looks at it.
"no notable structural flaws can put the pipes' ad stuff in there I also need to make a treatment plant, but I'll do that after establishing an actual water piping system. Since the city is in ruins right". he sighs walking over to the table.
Creating an intricate Underground pipe system he works on separating the Treatment and potable water system by placing a gap between them, he separate them by 15 inches horizontally. creating the piping system he does a blueprint for lining it underneath the city.
Yawning he pushes it off to the side getting the underground system he starts working on a Water Treatment plant and the distance he should put it away from the facility. He starts blueprinting it designing the primary pumping station he finishes it.
"Alright this is gonna place maybe 2 kilometres away from any civilization It's fucking massive I have to say, but that makes sense for the scale of a whole bloody Kingdom. And even then I'll have to leave plants for the future when the population explodes".
he starts drawing out the rest of it. Drawing the bar screen with the access platform before moving onto the Grit sludge removal placing it and the solid sludge removal. looking at the piping design he marks more pipes to the Primary sedimentation.
"I'll have to make some magic adjustments to prevent Chlorine problems since I don't think we have that here I can probably use the tree petals crushed to powder since their property is purification when consumed. or dissolved into something".
He works on the aeration biological reduction system implementing it after the sedimentation. moving onto the final sedimentation before imputing the final treatment "I'll use ark crystal production to replace the Chemical handling at least for now".

Ferasight that only a basic explanation when I said this was world building I meant it Ark crystal are basically all rounders and I don't know if I did that properly but I tried to the 2 kilometer distance is to put it so far away that if somebody invades they don't know how the water works.
