章節 1: Insanity
I walk down the well made asphalt road without worry. I keep a steady pace as I continue down the road till I see a balk of yellow plasma floating in the middle of the road.
"The hell?"
I walk towards the floating ball of possability without fear till its right before me.
'Is this it? Is this the moment I've been waiting for?"
I stare downwards to the spark of light before me. Its just, floating there with an ominous flare. I curiously reach my hand towards it and a holographic screen pops up under my hand.
[Join Game]
[Yes/ No]
'This is it. This is the moment of when my life is given that second spark of exitement I desire. I can already see the possabilities of what this could mean and none of them are bad.'
I can feel my excitement at the thought of having such a golden opertunity to spice up my life. Not that my current life was boring or anything I just want more... insanity to say say the least.
And so with that final thought I raise a hand and press down to ACCEPT MY DESTIN-
'STOP STOP STOP STOP! What about the others?'
I pause before pressing the [Yes]. I was right, what about the others.
'They called a meeting and I know they expect my arrival. It could be important. It could be life threatening. They could need me.'
I look down at the ball of my abandoned destinty. I have priorities and my friends rank higher than any adventure. I take a step back and walk aroun the orb. Continueing my way down the empth road.
I keep going with doubts flooding my mind.
'Maybe our pals can wait.'
'What if this is our only chance.'
'Tsk, I expected better from us.'
'Another day another loss and its all because of us.'
'DAMN YA'LL ARE ANNOYING! SHUT UP WE GET IT, WE HAVE REGRETS! *A short internal sigh* Look we are aproaching the mansion so lets not waste time thinking about something we won't back down on.'
Internal silence for just for a moment. And as we quiet down we can hear the sound of contrustion tools. Its pretty loud as we get closer to it.
'Sorry dude just making sure we aknowledge this loss. I don't wanna dwell on it but I don't wanna forget the choice we made. When we go back the spark will most likely be gone.
'Agreed. No regrets and all that, but we may have lost our only chance of an adventure larger than our previous ones combined'
Once again silence overtakes me and I just walk. I reach a old gate that doesn't match the new and well built houses behind of it. At said rusty gate their were two guards, they recognise me and open the rusty walls for me to enter the premesis. I continue my walk with my path no longer obstructed.
'Alright then. We agree that we made the right choice but losing the other option sucks. What we should do now is focus up, get through with this meeting, report our findings during the meeting and then go back with the others.'
'Agreed.'
'1000%.'
'Thats the plan.'
I finally put my full focus onto the building infront of me.
"Its larger than before." I mumble.
What stands before me is a massive mansion that radiates an aura of absolute glory. Its massive green building with a green colour scheam. It starts on the darker side of green at the lower floors but switches the darker green with lighter flavors of it scaling upwards. Its peaks with an open garden for its highest floor. This place is titled Yggdrasil.
I continue to walk to the building. I ignore everything but the noise generated by the constuction of a new building to my left.
I enter the building and autopilot my way to the room of the meeting. Its on the thrrd floor and when I get their I steel myself.
'Alright me, lets do this.'
I push open the doors and freeze at the sight. Before me I see a wooden desk covered in light paperwork is a friend if mine with another of my pals standing like a secretery to his right, but infront of them at the centre of the room is a yellow ball of energy.
The one behind the table looks at me boredly.
"You really took your time getting here."
He gets up from hus seat and his expression changes to a grin hiding excitement.
"Lets get to business now that you are here."
