He took another look inside the carriage and saw Giselle. "I know. She is definitely not allowed on the estate. Please leave before I have to resort to stronger measures." The junior guard looked about nervously, hoping Cedric would be there soon.

"Pfft...! Be sure to have an army when you declare that action against me, young man." Kane told the guard to wake the Lord of the manor and tell him his brother was here.

Cedric walked up to find out what the ruckus was and saw Earl Northbrook at the gate. Mitchell was relieved to see the captain of the guards.

"Hello! Milord, what has brought you out this way, Earl Northbrook?" Said Cedric as he bowed.
