章節 7: Chapter 7
Cassandra is walking into the cells she has one thing on her mind, getting to jack. She walks to jack's cell, looking around to see if she was followed, after she seen the coast is clear she walks over to jack and kneel down right by his ear. "You are so fucking stupid, I told you I would sell her to you, why the hell did you attack her?" Jack tries to open his swollen eyes, he muster up all his strength and whispers " Bloodmate". Cassandra stands up, "Jack, you're not her bloodmate, I suggest you understand that. We had a deal, you are not to open your mouth about it and if you keep your end of the deal, you can still have her and your freedom". She walks out the cell, as she reaches the stairs, she run into Marcel. "What are you doing here marcel?" "I was told to give jack his blood ration for the day, Lady Cassandra. Marcel looks at Cassandra with a questioning look, but Cassandra start talking, " Tell no one you've seen me here Marcel, or you will regret it", then she walks away.
I go wait for Sorsha outside while she finish up her class, when I see Dez and Titus walk by. Dez shoots me a wink and a smile as he walk in the room, and I just blushed. At that moment, Sorsha walks out her class and seen the whole thing," Well isn't that cute", as she smile. "Don't start Sorsha, he was just teasing me". "Yea yea hot stuff, let's take a walk in the garden". "Oh and Alora, you're blushing", then she runs to the doors and exit the castle. When I caught up with Sorsha, she was looking in the sky, as a Blue Dragon began to descend. She stared at the dragon like she was hypnotized, her eyes following its every move. I walk up to her, " Come on Sorsha, let's go to the gate and see who it is".
Sorshas P.O.V.
When I ran into the garden I waited on Alora, but then I heard a growl. I looked up in the sky, and seen the most beautiful dragon. I've never seen a Water Dragon in person, i've seen dragons before, but not many. Alora was talking to me but I was so mesmerized by its transparent scales. She then grabs my arm and I notice we're running towards the gates. As the dragon lands, it turns into its other form, and I stop running when I see King Titus and Dez walk to the gate. Alora and I stood there while Dez hugged the mysterious man. He was quite handsome in this form with his spiked dark blue hair with eyes to match. My day has just gotten interesting, usually I would have complained about dragons being here, but I'll make an exception. I elbow Alora to signal her to go back to the garden, I will see him soon enough.....
Sorsha and I went and sat on the bench in the garden and started talking about everything that happened today. "Wow Alora, you've been through a lot in just a few hours". " Lets go to my chambers, it's getting dark, and we need to talk more about your grandfather". "Sorsha I'm really not in the mood to talk about that subject, lets go to the library since I missed my class today". Sorsha stands up," Alora I swear you're a stick in the mud, you never want to do what I want". I stand up, " I promise Sorsha, we will talk about it at a later time, now lets go". As we walked to the library, we seen Titus, Dez, and the mystery dragon walk into Lord Cletus study and close the door. I was just about to snoop, when we heard a scream coming from outside, by the Gate Entrance. Sorsha and I look at each other and run to the gate. I don't know why i'm going, I barely know how to spar, and only with a sword. When we reach the gate we seen a fairy, it looked as tho a troll attacked her. Her body had long, deep scratches going from one end to the other. She had a big gash on her head, blood was oozing out. Lord Cletus and my father came running, pushing us out the way, opened the gate and examine her body. By then, Titus and Dez walks up and observe the situation. Cletus stands up, " What the hell is going on around here!, I have only been back home for 2 days and shit just keeps happening"! "Tristan take her to the healers, then you and Dez check the entire grounds for the troll". "It as to still be around here, her wounds are fresh." My father picks up the wounded fairy, she groans in pain as he lifts her up. I was nervous for Dez and my father going out at night with a troll on the loose, but they both are legendaries. Plus I thought about last night, Dez is more capable of handling himself. Titus turns to Sorsha and I, " Come ladies, lets get you back to the Castle, it's getting late". When we got back to the Castle, Cassandra and my mother was waiting on us. Cassandra looks us both up and down," Where the hell have both of you been?" "I've been looking all over for you Sorsha, now go to your chambers, Alora will bring you dinner". My mother looks at me like she wants to say something, but she walks away with Cassandra. Sorsha looks at me, lowers her head, then walk to her chambers.
I went to the kitchen to get Sorsha some rabbit blood and some chocolate cake Marcel made. I swear Marcel is a very good cook, even the way she bleed the animals make the blood taste better. I pour me a cup of blood and take a sip, then I gulp it down. Just when I was about to grab the tray, Marcel walks up and scares me, " Dam Marcel, you scared the shit out of me". Marcel lets out a giggle, " Sorry sweetie, I was getting a slice of cake before I retire for the night". I collect myself then pick up the tray, " You need to wear a bell or something", I laugh, then walk away. I'm so tired, im going to give Sorsha her tray, then go to my chambers. When I reached Sorsha's room, I knocked then pushed her door open. When I walked in, I see Sorsha on the floor crying. I hurry in, put the tray on her bed, then runs to her side, "Sorsha, what happened?, are you ok?", as I wrap my arm around her. She looks at me sniffing, "I guess its mothers way of not approving of the fact that I told father about the marriage proposal". "Come on Sorsha, let's eat and get you ready for bed". I help her up, and we walk over to the bed, when I notice the marks on her neck. "What the hell Sorsha?, she choked you, that bitch!!" " Alora calm down please, im ok, I'll be healed in the morning". "I dont give a shit Sorsha, i'm tired of her and her attitude towards you". Sorsha grabs her blood and began to sip it," Don't worry Alora, I will find my blood mate then move away from here. Don't worry, you're coming with me", as she smiles. "I better be coming with you" , as I smile and stand to get her pajamas. I walk in the bathroom and run her water and prepare everything for bed. When I returned to Sorsha, she was eating the cake with a big smile on her face. I prepared everything for you Sorsha, I'll take the tray back down, then i'm going to bed". "Ok Alora, i'll see you in the morning", as she smiles, still eating the cake.
