章節 152: Impossible!

Axel knelt before Penelope and gently wiped her face, smudging her make-up in the process. Penelope was still sniffing as she tried to control her years when she felt Axel's fingers willing her tears. The shock she felt.made her freeze for a minute, not knowing how to react. 

This is the first time in two years that Axel is touching her, and not just touching, he was wiping her tears. This is what she had longed for for two years but now that she was experiencing it, she didn't know what to do.

She withdrew from Axel and wiped her face quickly before lowering her head. 

Axel's hand hung mid-air before he slowly dropped it. He stood up and his shard gaze fell on Penelope who was trying her best not to breathe loudly but it proved extremely difficult because she just finished crying.
