章節 5: The Demon
The atmosphere was sweet as the sun was shining and butterflies were flying in the beautiful spirit world where everything seemed otherworldly.
In the village, everyone was at their fields sowing the seeds so that they can harvest the crops before the winter.
At the well, the expressions on Zeph's face were completely contrasted with the sweet atmosphere around him.
Orion had killed the dark boy without any mercy in an instant while was now looking at him with an intense gaze.
"Orion, How about we just don't fight and talk, you know my father is village chief and there is no meaning in offending him, right?"
Although Zeph was scared as a hamster who saw a psycho boy in a killing story, he still put up a facade and tried to warn him using his father's name.
Orion did not divert his gaze and still looked at him for some time, thinking what should he do? Although he was not scared of the village chief, he had to plan his way to the city after becoming step two.
Til then he did not want any issues, but he also knew as an adult and rich man who ruled the entire capital that once you form a grudge with someone, they would never let it go.
Judging from the situation, it was hard to say that they will ever acquiesce in never causing trouble for each other again.
At last, he was just a kid in others' eyes, not an adult.
"On one promise! You would have to give me all the money you have and then tell me the storage!"
Orion's voice reached his ears.
"NO! I can't, my father will kill me,"
Zeph became scared as he heard the new proposal.
His father especially put all the expenses in the storage hidden by everyone, as he looted many villagers using fake punishments.
"Then if you will not tell me, I think I will not spare you today!"
Orion smiled as he took the rope in his hand and started pulling out water.
Zeph was now agitated thinking what he should do.
As the water was pulled out, Zeph intensely stared at him trying to gather up the courage and run then inform his father.
Boom!
"Ahhhhhh!"
Zeph cried out in shock as the iron bucket full of water was thrown by Orion at full speed towards him, but it missed him by one inch and directly collided with another boy standing behind him.
The force which was exerted by him was terrifying as it directly collided with the boy's face and sent him to the underworld.
He did not even get the chance to scream in pain as it blasted his head apart as well.
Piss!
All the courage Zeph had gathered was dissipated at the moment as he pissed on his pants in fear showing a pathetic appearance of himself.
Orion scoffed as he pulled the bucket towards using rope and threw it in the well pulling out the water again.
Angelica's face was full of panic as Orion tapped her shoulders and slowly whispered.
"You can go ahead and pick the flowers darling! I will be done pulling water out of the well in some minutes!"
Even though it was the same voice, Angelica found it strange and full of love so she could not say anything.
"Hmm, Careful okay?"
She had seen fair amounts of things so she did not care that much except that Orion is safe.
Orion's heart fluttered in love as he heard Isla no Angelica caring for him that much.
"I will obey, whatever your ma'am orders, now go!"
Angelica smiled without turning around and slowly went to pick the flowers again.
Boom!
Another boy fell on the ground as his head was blasted apart by a sudden bucket colliding with his face.
Zeph was scared that only a muffled cry escaped from his mouth.
Although he was a douche and bully, he had never met such a terrifying boy in his life.
Only two boys were left in his team including him in it, and the other pale-faced boy was so terrified that he was sneaking away slowly.
"Tell me the things I asked else after his death, It would be your turn!"
Orion pulled out the bucket of water again, he had gone insane in his obsession with love and now a way where he could discover something great so no matter what, even if he had to kill the whole world, he will for an ounce of power as a scientist.
Seeing those eyes filled with madness, Zeph became even more scared than he was in front of his father.
"I will tell you, Spare me!"
He gave in an instant but at this moment it was too late.
Shuck!
A long trail made by a water bucket as Orion exerted his full force sent it like a missile and blasted the boys' heads apart again.
"WHY DID YOU DO THAT? I AM TELLING YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW!"
Zeph broke down and begin crying as he saw the death of his last friend before him, his fear of Orion reached another level.
"I just did not like his eyes when he stared at Angelica previously,"
Orion's voice was still calm completely detached from what happened here as if he did not know anything about that.
"Now tell me the location of the storage house and the money ofc, we can't forget about that my boy,"
A deranged merchant smile appeared on Orion's face as he demanded money as well as information.
He understood that if he could become the most powerful, perhaps destiny can not do anything to him.
This moment of realisation made his body tremble as a tear came out of his eyes thinking of eternal time in future spending with Isla.
He was messed up in his head, and that was even more dangerous for people around him as he was not a psychopath or a monster, he was just a human like us absorbed in an obsession and doing whatever he could do for that.
There is no evil and good for a man who can not get his most important thing, if life becomes a burden and death becomes a relief, the man will become the most dangerous element to society.
If Isla woke up someday, she will resent him maybe even hate him for being obsessed with her but it was not about her, it was about him, he wanted her, and that is all that mattered not the opinion of her or the world.
Seeing those eyes of a lunatic, Zeph directly threw all the money and told the location of the storage which was situated in the cemetery.
Orion collected all the money even though he did not understand how much he had, but he was happy as he had some money again.
"Thanks, mate, I will now send you on your way,"
Orion happily put the money in his washed but a bit torn pocket.
"No need, I can go on my way Orion, thanks for sparing me,"
Zeph understood that he would never cross the paths with monster again even if he became all-powerful cause he saw nothing but an endless void in Orion's eyes.
There was nothing in his eyes, he was just creating them for himself.
Orion poured all the water into the big tub and signed his name there giving the proof that his family had completed their daily task.
Zeph turned around with his legs shaking and walked cautiously looking behind himself.
But suddenly he found Orion smiling at him with an evil gaze, his eyes widened as he started running at the fastest speed he had ever achieved in his life.
Chuck!
Alas, he could not outrun him as Orion's hand pierced his chest and took out his heart and threw it away from him.
For some seconds, he saw Orion's angry expression again as he felt no pain due to his brain dying at the moment but Orion was tearing him apart by spreading legs and with symmetry dissecting his body into parts.
"Gotta surprise the village chief!"
Orion put all the dead five boys in his hand and like a wolf, disappeared into the field full of crops.

The_Sinner_of_Time When a guy asked me why Orion had suddenly become so ruthless, I suggested him to re-read the first chapter to understand why the police officers were frightened by the condition of the tortured bodies. He had always been ruthless but had been hiding it from Angelica to avoid showing her the bloodshed and maintain her happiness, as he is obsessed with her.
