I widened my arms in a welcoming gesture, "Well then, everyone, welcome to our house."

  "Whoa…" Ren gasped and then proceeded to make a disappointed face, "Too normal!" 

"What do you mean too normal, of course it is normal, did you expect a mansion or something?" 

"I kind of did…" 

I face-palmed, "Sigh… This guy is beyond help."

Well, though Ren was a guy beyond help, he seemed to get along quite well with Elijah, which surprisingly isn't hostile towards us anymore. 

I am still wary and skeptical of him, even though he was the reason we managed to get out of the dungeon in the first place. No one knows, after all, ever since the first floor he wanted to kill me. 

I have no clue as to how he feels ecstasy when he fights with me, albeit, I do understand his liking for the adrenaline rush. It is a different level of excitement and craving for action when the adrenaline is off the charts.
