Today I was studying a very important subject, so much so that I temporarily abandoned plans to free my grandfather. This subject was very important because it directly concerned me.
Fetters of Bloodline.
Bloodlines were natural limitations that occur when one reaches a relatively high level of power. It was like a turning point that had a seal powerful enough to block most people. But the truth is that this blockade was a security system for the origin of the bloodline. Following this logic, we can think of ways to get around the situation or overcome it with force.
Examples of bloodline fetters were given for example in Linley's world when he used the bloodline of the strange snake whose name I don't remember to raise his level as a mage. I was worried that I had a similar fetter...but it was needless worry.
Interestingly the fetter did not exist.
Most people would see this as bullshit, but a bloodline is connected to a source. Let's use magical beasts as an example. Assuming Dumbledore has a bloodline connected to some phoenix. The fetter of Dumbledore's bloodline would be achieved when he reached the power level of this phoenix. It would be very difficult for him to surpass the power level in this case. This guaranteed the phoenix, the origin of the bloodline, safety from Dumbledore, someone who somehow inherited that bloodline.
Now, this so-called phoenix itself was connected to a higher phoenix. His fetter would be achieved when she reached the phoenix power level from which her bloodline originated and so on until the first existence that called itself a phoenix is reached.
Now, let's be even more curious and try to rationalize my power...
I had a bloodline connected to…nothing. Inccubus existed, of course, but my bloodline is not associated with them. My Black, Lestrange, and Grindelwald blood merged with the pale green Patronus flames and the sacrificed hacker system to give me an entirely new bloodline with some characteristics similar to existing races. My additions when the system sacrificed itself were only in getting the racial advantages of the inccubus and not their lineage itself.
In that case it would be wrong to call me a devil because, for all that matters, I wasn't. Did my demonic powers exist? Yes. Were they similar to an incubus? Certainly. But was I an incubus? No.
At that point, I didn't even know what it was, but by looking at my blood under a microscope, I got feedback that I'm still human. A magical human, physically strong and with surpassed abilities, but still 100% human unrelated to other races... even what little Veela blood I originally had was duly consumed in the awakening process.
Not even my Magan is linked to the Otsutsuki as you might think since in this universe they don't even exist. Even though I have all the abilities that dimensional bastards possessed I still wasn't related to them.
And for that reason I had no fetters of bloodline. There was no limiter for me to grow and that was a little scary. My hacker program basically edited my genes and soul to create a bloodline from nothing... I am almost a primordial being only without the powers capable of obliterating universes.
The scariest part of all is that the magic of this world allowed me to exist. It must be known that for me to be born, some threat of equivalent power must have been born too... it was a basic natural law as all universes seek balance. Which explains my urgency to increase my powers.
The good part was that, if I tried a little bit, I could take my bloodline to other people... The process would be painful for the recipient of the bloodline, which would be difficult without a strong physical body and developed magical abilities but I really could strengthen more people and make them like me.
Food for thought.
Now, with that done and realized, let's go back to thinking about my grandfather...
And nothing came.
All I could think about was what kind of pranks I was going to play that day, and let me tell you, Sheldon Cooper attacked many times in those few weeks. From drawing Filch's penises on Filch's forehead with permanent magic ink (Poor man wore a threadbare turban on his head making him a lookalike to Professor Quirrell) to making the skin of some irritating students as attractive to Madame Nora as catnip. ..
The scratches some students received were hilarious. But what made me want to laugh the most was the sticky spell I cast on Quirrell by sticking the turban in Voldemort's face.
I could still hear the professor's screams as he was being punished by the specter of the Dark wizard.
Anyway, my mind isn't quite right enough to plan an escape from Nurmengard. And even if he was and I was able to free him he was still a criminal... where to hide someone who would besearched all over the world? I couldn't let him live a life of figs and hiding... not to mention everyone's heard that I relate to the old man... I'd be the prime suspect.
I need a break to relax a bit before thinking about problematic things... thinking about that I started playing with a glass orb containing a floating island that represented the dimension inside the orb. It was one of my masterpieces and functioned similarly to one of those common snow orbs. I remember there was a certain miniaturized city that was in a glass bottle in the superman comic...I'm not sure since I wasn't a fan of DC as much as Marvel, but this artifact was partially based on that idea.
I had already made many artifacts with extended space and had started working on dimensional constructions... this island was the result and I had used my magic to feed the inner laws. It was perfectly adequate and could support life indefinitely, but I feared that life forms would become dimensional species over time...basically unconnected to the planet they lived on before...
Anyway, this floating island was pretty big. Almost the size of a mini continent. It was pretty well done too... there were many different biomes with trees from all over the world... I wanted it to be varied after all. Of course, the center of the island was where my mansion was built and where the core of the dimension was located...
Dimension core...
Dimension...
Island...
Holy shit, how the hell didn't I think of that?
I quickly ran to my Ultrabook and started typing fiercely... there it was. Almost exactly in the middle of the ocean... Almost between Europe and Africa... in the middle of the Atlantic... an area where 4 ley lines met.
That... It was perfect. I had found a place with 4 ley lines running underneath... how rare was it? By the gods... I needed this place. But... all the difficulties involved...
Unless I did everything before expanding the island into dimension when it was fully stabilized with separate regions and biomes and animals and magical beasts properly accommodated... I could create my own giant country full of animals and beasts...
But how to hide this muggles?
I don't think a Fidellius would be able to hide a giant circular country in the middle of the ocean...
Maybe if I had enough energy to cast the spell before putting it in the correct position…it wasn't impossible, but where will I find a material capable of powering the spell? I would have to replace the dimension's core with this material, recreate the runes, and remodel the island completely from scratch. I wanted a perfect lair after all.
Um... I'll send a letter to the Goblins... they'll be glad to know I want to spend gallons on them.

3rd POV
Pietro was running out of time and barely sleeping. He walked around the school almost mechanically whispering and analyzing various possibilities in his mind quickly discarding and adding new ideas. He had planned to artificially create a country of continental proportions and there were so many problems that would have to be solved...
The first and most important was the change that such an artificial country would cause in the world as a whole... expanding a gigantic island in the middle of the ocean would flood dozens of coastlines around the world, and possibly Venice would cease to exist. The young man had thought of transporting the extra water to the poles and freezing it there to solve these problems, but manpower was something that was lacking... not that it was impossible, but more planning was needed.
The second problem would be transport, but Pietro was already thinking about it and was close to a solution... studying portkeys would make many of his transport projects viable in a short time... just... time was hard to come by.
The third problem was population. He didn't think he could create a country and just use it as a lair... He wanted a kingdom... and would actually solve the king's compound his grandfather had. Pietro would create a giant magical kingdom, increase its population, be it magical people or magical creatures, and then make his grandfather the king of the kingdom....with him being a prince, of course. The heir to the throne in this... maybe the old man decides to have some concubines and give him uncles? He was supposedly gay, but who knew his sexual urges weren't variants? He had children, after all, his mother was his granddaughter...
The fourth problem was the raw material for building their cities and towns.
The fifth problem was economy... He had thought of, after establishing the island, signing an agreement with the Goblins for a Gringott branch in his future kingdom. Pietro wanted a goblin to be responsible for the Kingdom's economy, but he would make sure that this one was loyal... He didn't need rats in his utopia.Pietro would also create contracts magically binding on everyone he decided to bring into the realm...his focus would be muggleborns in poor livelihood, werewolves were an option... He was about to complete a vaccine that makes anyone immune to lycanthrope virus... it wouldn't take long to create a suppressor to stop the werewolves from passing on their dysmorphia to their sons and daughters... in short, werewolves were the easiest to get after all.
So his plans started.
In the month before Christmas he had again spent 4/5 of the Black family's accumulated fortune. Materials were sent from Gringotts to him every day. Exorbitant amounts of magical land were used to power your dimensional island.
Blood from dozens of magical beings was added to this same land to enrich it even more. Pure water was collected daily to make the entire island perfect in every way. Pietro called the Eldens and ordered them to take every free house-elf they could to live in the dimension after their Elden conversions to help improve the island more and more.
Animals were selected from the forbidden forest to live on the island. Unicorns, Abraxans, Thestallians, Dragons, Griffons, Hippogriffs, Fairies, Imps, Goblins, Wampus Cats... He used his Eldens to capture almost all kinds of animals for his island.
Then came the urban part.
The Eldens received extensive training from the original 7 who had worked for the Black family from the start and became the leaders of their own community on the island. An entire city was built for them and they began to build several other cities, one better than the other, for their current lord and master.
The Center of the dimension however was created to become the capital of this great hidden Kingdom. A huge city with the capacity to support 9 million people was built by the little servants. The materials were sent from Gringotts every day and in a short time, it was ready.
After the cities, roads were needed to connect these cities... Pietro thought it unnecessary. Witches used different means to transport themselves so roads between towns were a waste of time. It was better to build roads only within cities, it would serve better.
However, he thought about improving the portkey and spent days without sleep until he created a so-called teleportation arrangement.
It consisted of a physical magic circle created from cast iron and goblin silver. All that was needed to activate it would be to channel magic and imagine the location you wish to teleport to... then any other teleport circles near the imagined destination would be used to pull the mage there.
In fact, Pietro was ashamed to admit that he was inspired by the spell circles used by the demons of HSDxD, but everyone has their bad days.
Now for the last problem to be solved. Magical energy to not only supply the various spells and wards around the island, but also Fidellius and the island overlay and future integration into the physical world.
Pietro had repeated that there were two possibilities for a dimension that came to exist in the world. 1) The energy supporting the dimension would be exhausted and only earthly and other physical things would remain and 2) The energy would be exhausted and the entire dimension fed by the magical energy would turn to dust. With that in mind, Pietro tried to find a way for the second possibility never to occur... and finding a source of magical energy large enough to support the island until its conversion and merging with the world was consolidated was a necessity.
Luckily, in this fateful year here, at this school, he could find the much-needed source of energy. An energy source that basically named a specific book and movie. A power source that would be the thing some people's fates would revolve around this year and now a new player emerges.
Pietro was going to the Philosopher's Stone... and he was going to get it.
