As I returned to the tower, I made my way back to my office and took a seat in my comfortable leather chair. I set an odd-looking compass on my desk and injected a little bit of magic into it. Watching the needle on the compass spin and settle in a direction a small smile came to my face. Putting the compass in the top drawer of my desk I made my way to the library looking at the hundreds of books on magic and all the original books I found in that cave all those years back. The books on signs, trainings manuals and Witcher concoctions took up a lot of space, but the rest were books on non-standard magic that I found over the years like body enhancement spells and other enhancement spells. From my adventures I noticed that the wizards of old were at least somewhat competent at close combat with a few exceptions like Godric who liked to use brute fore tactics when casting spells, he also loved using a sword. We had our swords made around the same time as his being made by the goblins and I made my own due to the different enchantments we wanted for our own swords.
After a while I started to get tired, so I prepared to go to sleep looking forward to the following weeks at my time at Hogwarts. Waking up the first thing I did was put on my training gear and head down to the first floor to start my katas to shake off the rust and hone myself before I left Hogwarts to look for my future students excited about starting a house of my own. While going through my katas I realized I was not out of form, but my body seems to be somewhat behind due to being in stasis for so long, I wasn't out of shape but I was nowhere near where I had been before being sealed away. It would take a few months to get back into tip top shape, but I wouldn't let that stop me from at least finding two students to bring back to Hogwarts to train before undergoing the trials. I would never be able to make a large amount of Witcher's due to the limited resources and the qualifications I set to be found by the compass. There was enough miracle flowers for a few hundred Witcher's but I will still limit the amount of students I take in from one to for kids per year so I would not have more than 30 Witcher's in the school at once.
I planned to open a company after the graduation of the first class that would take on contracts to deal with dark creatures causing problems in the world with the hope that we could continue gathering potion materials required for the Witcher concoctions while also making money for the newly graduated students. I of course would not require my students to work as Witcher's, but the option would be available for any Witcher graduate. I expected some of them to have a hard time finding work in the wizarding due to being former muggles and squibs. The British magical community as of late is filled with pure blood bigots that would make it hard on any graduating Muggleborn to accomplish much the magical community. I can only imagine the fuss they are going to cause when they learn I can make wizards, I had asked Dumbledore to keep that part quiet and he had promised not to tell anyone. From the books and movie of harry potter I had an idea of Dumbledore's personality. While not being the best person he wanted what was best for the magical community.
Coming out of my thoughts I finished up my workout with a smile on my face and made my way back up to my chambers to shower and dress for the day. Looking at my bed I noticed a giant wolf had taken my spot in my bed, looking over to the left of my bed I see a smaller empty specially designed bed I made for stella empty and shook my head to myself. "Wake up sleepy head" I yelled from my spot making stella shoot a glare my way. Watching her walk out of my room I walked to a window to see her making her way into the forbidden forest. I continued to shower to finish getting ready for the day.
After donning all my equipment, I made my way out of the tower only to see stella running my way with a dog sized acromantula being dragged by the leg with pieces missing from it. I shook my head and told her to make sure she didn't leave the leftovers lying around in the open. After receiving a yip in reply, I made my way to the kitchen to ask the house elves to make me some breakfast and to deliver it to my office in the new tower when it was complete. After answering a slew of questions by the over-eager elves and introducing myself I made my way back to my tower and running into Dumbledore on the way I invited him to my tower to give him a tour. Starting from the first floor I introduced Dumbledore to the training area while showing what each piece of equipment was used for, he gained a thoughtful look and asked if I would be interested in teaching an elective in close combat to students in their third year and after that would be interested. He said that the current wizards didn't have any kind of physical exercise apart from quidditch and flight classes.
I gave a positive reply even knowing that there would be very few students interested in swordsmanship or any other weapon training but at least the students in house Wolfsbane might get to interact at a closer level with the other students of Hogwarts outside of the normal classes. Continuing the tour, I showed the common room and dormitories followed by the classrooms and the workshops. When we made it to the library Dumbledore jumped ahead of me and started to flip through the shelves with an over-eager expression asking all kinds of questions. When he found a book on signs, he looked at me asking if these were books on how to perform wand less magic. Raising my hand and tilting it back and forth, I told him that only after going through with the trial of grasses it mutated the body of the new Witcher to be able to channel magic through their body but that the number of signs has remained limited due to me not being able to discover any new ones or convert wand spells to signs.
