"I always think you look beautiful," he said with conviction as his thumb swiped over the soft skin of his reddening cheek. 

Miso responded to his compliment with little giggles as he leaned into her touch and he continued. 

"I mean look at you. Your face, your smile, your hair…"

"My hair is so messy though," Miso cut in almost immediately, a small pout forming on her lips.

"And? It's still pretty," he tugged gently at the little curls on his nape. "Besides, I like it when it's messy. I can mess with it without feeling bad.'

Miso hummed and nodded. "So you only like it because it's pre-messed up and you can play with it guilt-free, huh? okay. so not because you think it looks nice," she faked being offended and looked away.
