章節 6: Jiraiya of the Sannin
Yahiko looked at all three of them and straight up asked them.
"can you please train us!?"
the female Shinobi rolled her eyes but the snake eyed one step forward drawing his kunai from his pouch.
"Jiraiya shall I kill these children?"
all of them took a step back including Ahma but unbeknownst to her due to her fear her chakra was freezing the rain drops that fell on her but before anything could happen the white haired Sannin said something.
"no Orochimaru I'll train them you and Tsunade go back to the village"
Tsunade's eyes widened before rolling her eyes clenching her fist.
"what are you saying!? there's still a war that needs to be fought!"
"I know we have capable Shinobi that will be capable of ending the conflict besides I'll only be with them for a while I'll come back"
Orochimaru was standing still in awe of what he noticed from Ahma earlier he smirked before speaking.
"let's go Tsunade leave Jiraiya to do what he must"
Tsunade wanted to protest but decided it was worth as they both were walking the snake Sannin stopped and looked back at Jiraiya and the orphans.
"when the war is over I might stop by Jiraiya I think I also found a reason to train one of them see you around"
the 2 disappeared in the rain leaving the 5 alone Jiraiya touched his chin thinking on what Orochimaru said.
' that's strange I wonder what perked his interest it wouldn't be the red head with the rennigan would it '
"hey Jiraiya...sensei we can't just stand around here out in the open"
Jiraiya looked at Ahma who was giving him a bored look.
"ah yes I was just thinking on something stay close to me until we find a good shelter"
they all walked across the bridge it was a pretty quiet walk but the Sannin decided to do some small talk.
"so Yahiko what made you have the guts to ask to be trained by a Konoha Shinobi considering what this war is about"
"I want to bring peace to my village and soon the whole world but I know that the weak can't change anything so I took a gamble"
"ha it's funny you say that Tsunade does that alot but unlike her you actually got something positive from it being me of course"
He smirked proudly the only one who wasn't totally accepting was Ahma who was skeptical of the acceptance.
~Ahma POV~
I really didn't buy what he was selling he is a Shinobi so he might have ulterior motives even if it's not to harm there must've been something to make him stop that Orochimaru guy from killing us so I walked up beside him.
"hey Jiraiya sensei what made you want to train us there's no way you did it out of the kindness of your heart"
He looked at me before putting his finger on his chin thinking on what he should say.
"well let's just say I saw something in all of you have the potential to do something great though even if I didn't see anything I still wouldn't have let Orochimaru kill you three"
I could tell that he wasn't going to tell the truth but I wasn't going to press him on it he was probably risking his ninja career on us.
"oh well that's very reassuring sensei so what is Konoha like exactly?"
"well it's a place with a good climate it's usually pretty sunny but not too hot some other times of the year it get cold with leaves turning orange and brown personally it's the best season for romance besides spring where cherry blossoms bloom and it's where new beginnings happen and there's winter where snow falls and it gets real cold but usually it's a lively place very well developed by the people and they're predecessors"
"so does Konoha have no flaws?"
"well yes there are some shady people in there but they usually are kept in check by the hokage...but sometimes that isn't the case but before you ask anything else let's find a place to stay alright"
"alright Jiraiya sensei"
